Ladakh Country Inn was great. Had an amazing stay experience and the hospitality of the host. The camp stay at Nubra was the worst(De Nubra). Even found a fly in my coffee, didn't get any hot water even in the designated timings. Pangong stay was average. The driver for the tour was very helpful.

Overall a good trip . Driver drove well .. But when u say driver cum guide - I think he should give information abt the places we are visiting as well .. -otherwise u just mention -driver .. But driver who drove us was really helpful and knew roads well ..and his driving skills were excellent. Hotel reenam was good Paramount we had a bad experience we told, apart from that had a nice stay. Nirvana was good, staff was nice .. But there were better looking tents around ..so I guess it would have been nice to know abt their rates etc . Hotel imperial - really happy with food . Overall an amazing trip with good accomodation and transport . We are happy .

Trip was well planned and executed, Driver Tashi was polite and always on time. Hotel oriental at leh was very good with tasty food. Hotel Organic boutique at Nubra was also good but two cockroach was in room. This may be because of kitchen in adjacent room. One star reduced for that. Regal camp at pangong was changed in last movement but 100 sky camp was very good and comfortable. Best view from all hotels and camp. Camp was near to pangong lakes 3 idiots shooting points. Trip coordinator Mr Stanzing was always available on phone call.

The overall trip experience was excellent. Amaan was very helpful and cooperative. The driver was very friendly, good, and supportive. But the car provided by the union was not good. It was an old Innova that was shaking at a speed above 80 kmph. Due to this, he was driving below 80 kmph, and our journey from one destination to another took more time. It was a great experience booking with TripTrail and Travel Triangle. River rafting at Sangam point in zanskar river. Atv and camel ride in Nubra, Pangong lake.

All the hotels at Leh(Sangaylay), Numbra and Pangong are good but the food at Numbra is not at all sufficient, they are serving like hostels they are providing omelette and chicken when asked, it was there at the starting of dinner but not after few min. Sangaylay hotel and staff along with other some places, trip was good till last but one day but on the last day due to blockage of road with snow at changla which caused us to wait there for 4-5hrs which inturn stopped us from visiting the last day places

Some things were not cleared by the platform to me like triple sharing, hotel names and query related to the oxygen cylinder. The communication can be more transparent. Otherwise, the overall experience provided by the platform and Ms Loveleen was good. I do enjoy my stay with my family. Also, I have a query regarding the vouchers. How can i avail of the Gold Class Vouchers as mentioned in my itenary shared by you.

As per my tour plan all the places were covered. But I want to say something about your tour guide. You said that Turtuk is the last village on our LAC. But the LAC is at Thang village which is not included in your tour dairy. Similarly you included the 3 Idiots shooting school. Which is a useless spot to visit as they don't allow visitors inside the school.
