Excellent service from the REIFY (www.itvaar. com), special mention of Mr Arun Duneja for understanding the need and tailor made our travel plans. As requested, Mr Arun arrange the right cab driver as per our need with no issues throughout our 6 days journey from Delhi Mathura, Vri davan, Agra, Fatehpur Sikri and back to Delhi. I would definitely recommend cab driver Mr Ashish Kumar (+917906200780) and services of REIFY travel agency.. If anything I could correct in the entire trip is the Hotel provided in Delhi, Meridian Plaza - property appeared dated but otherwise everything was good.. Important message to Travel Triangle Team - Though you have appointed Mr Sagar Shivhare 8279715029 as point of contact has neither contacted me nor has bothered to respond to my phone calls before or after my trip. I have reported this issue to Travel Triangle Team before start of my visit but seems no response. I have also not got the so called free 10K vouchers on booking with travel triangle.. Hope to receive the response through TT team. However the shortfall from TT coordinator os well covered by Mr Arun Duneja from REIFY which made our trip memorable. The hotel in Agra and Ranthambore we're good But the one in Delhi was not good... The travel agent was not readily available..and there was a major goodup with our jungle safari...I thought the safari was booked by agent.. which was not ..and the had no idea safaris have to be booked months prior..so we ended up going to ranthambore and not going on a tiger safari.i think the travel agent should have guided us regarding this. Overall management of the travel agent was not good Tajmahal of course

Vehicle CNG was filled only during trip starting, it can be filled earlier. During Agra trip 3 time at CNG station around 1 hour wasted. In Agra suddenly unknown guide was entered Mentioning he was from aapakTripwala. Fast tag recharge was not done for vehicle and we waited for 30 to 60 mins on highway due to network issues,he was not ready to pay for cash transactions. The check-in timings of the hotels are not mentioned in the voucher because of which had to pay an extra amount as we reached early before the check-in time. Agra tour Guide was demanding excess tips but guides in Delhi and Jaipur were polite and well mannered.
