Trip seems to have planned from the travel agent perspective. This should have been designed from Customer convenience. We had a terrible second day when first half was empty and second half cramped with 3 different locations. I had requested modifications, but agent kept giving excuses. Similarly the 4th day was not planned correctly. A lot of mismanagement in collecting tourists from various hotels. This mismanagement costed at least 2 hrs of the precious little time that day.

First of all, would like to thank Suvendu from A1 Tours for the excellent response and co-ordination provided from pre booking stage to completing our Dubai trip. He had good knowledge of the places to be covered in Dubai and was good at suggesting the places based on our interests and coming up with the final plan. It was a pleasant experience right from the beginning, providing multiple flight options, hotel options and suggesting what to choose. The whole booking and planning experience was smooth without any hurdles. The documentation was also done quite smoothly and in time. In Dubai too, the trip went exactly as per the plan without any deviations. The team there too was quite cordial, who had good knowledge of the local things. The pickups were always on time. The time given to cover the respective places was sufficient enough. Overall, I would say it was a nice and pleasant experience for the whole family and had a real good break from our hectic routines. Thanks once again A1 Tours, Suvendu and Travel Triangle. But I would say.. the additional amount of almost 3% we paid for online payments to Travel Triangle was unexpected.. this was charged irrespective of the mode of payment.. through cards, internet banking etc. May be Travel Triangle should re-look at this charge.

The Hotel location provided by the agent was so bad, that we couldn't get food outside the premises. We already specified that we are travelling with one child & one infant. So the food availability near the hotel should be the priority. Also we had to spend lot of money in travelling with personal cab in entire trip. All specific instructions were given to all the coordinators. Still it got unheard. Its a very poor approach to the customers. I am not at all satisfied with the Hotel. Due to that, we had suffer with unnecessary extra expenses. I expect a call from the concern team to discuss the same. I want a proper explanation.

Great choice of hotel Citimax, highly recommended. The only issue we faced that the room provided by the hotel, was a smoking room and we are non-smokers, hence all the time we get cigarette\cigar smell inside the room, which was really bad, we asked the reception to change but they didn't as there were no rooms available on that time. One more thing I want to add that, we went to gulf\Dubai but we didn't go to any mosque. But it was included in the city tour. We had a great time. Looking forward to future trips with your Team. Every memory is great and for our lifetime.
