Overall Good Experience but few smaller things like better communication before trip, pro-active emails with required details were missing. One of the day the cab drive was very good - he went out of way to make us comfortable during Goa sight seeing, but the Cab driver who dropped us at airport was very rude and also drove very fast, rash and dangerously.

It was really nice experience with travel triangle. Enjoyed my goa trip to the fullest, accomodation was nice, so was pick up and drop. Sightseeing was also good Suggestion : Some of entertainment programs could be dropped and spice farm tour could be added in package or parra road visit Bus operators are sometimes rude Ferry sightseeing got to see dolphins Electric show was nice Sequerium beach, aguada fort etc

Here is my sincere review about my trip to Goa which made me feel a bit cheated although I didn't want to yell at your agents and spoil my own trip any further: Major concerns: The first place of stay ( Ramsons) we approved had much better services. During the trip I heard that Ramsons unfortunately was not in a position to accept any bookings due to operational reasons but this was known to Zenji travells much earlier and they decided to change to a different property (Bridge N Tunnel) with assurance that the replacement property has the same level of service. BridgeNTunnel is no way close to Ramsons in services I have checked and enquired in person. Bridge N Tunnel is very basic and they charge nothing more than 2800 max (including GST) per day since it is beach front. Bridge N Tunnel has no proper way to reach. A 1.5 KM travel up a small hill with ups and downs without a proper roads left us tired carrying our trolleys. This is least of our problems.  The food was alarmingly too bad compared to the nice reviews we saw online posted 10 months ago. Everything we ordered had a foul odour like raw meat or fish. Even tea had the odour. So we stopped ordering anything from there. I have already conveyed it to them in the nicest ways. Minor concerns: Why mention them under inclusions when they are not included. Let me quote those that were mentioned as included but never was.  "Welcome drink" we never received and even Tea or coffee with fish odour were charged. "Use of Gymnasium" was there one? We didn't see one at the property which had only a few small rooms with no place for a gym. "TV with cable connection" would have been a surprise if the property had it considering the location it was built in or still building... "Use of swimming pool", you mean the beach? I heard the entire property was in the pool during Maha Maha cyclone two weeks ago. There wasn't a real pool there. "English speaking driver", they speak in Hindi or Konkani and we reply in English. Let's do the math: We paid 34500 hoping we get some discount if we book through you and here is what we got. The room cost according to the hotel staff is 2800 and nothing more. I would have got the same property for a much lesser price if I had booked through other websites. So 2800 per room for 3 nights and we took two rooms. Total cost = 2800 × 2 × 3 = 16800 The dudhsagar trip would cost 1800 per person which includes pickup and drop, Jeap ride tickets and Spice plantation tour with unlimited Lunch. So this should account to 1800 x 5 = 9000. We spent 3500 (Jeap ride) + 2000( Spice Plantation Lunch for 5) = 5500 Now 9000 - 5500 = 3500 should have been the cost for just pickup and drop to dudhsagar and nothing more. Let's add another 3500 as pickup and drop cost from airport to our room.  So total taxi fare 3500(on arival) + 3500(dudhsagar) = 7000 Finally the grant total of the cost of service  is as below: 16800 (rooms) + 7000 (taxi) = 23800. Now the ultimate question:  What we paid (A): 34500 What we got(B): less than 23800 A-B = 10700 What happend to Rs.10700? Palolem beach was very close so we spent enough time in the beach and tasted good food and drink at Cuba (hotel at Palolem).

I had a fabulous experience - right from choosing the right package to booking the tour. We had absolutely no trouble throughout the trip. It was a most hassle free and satisfying trip we had. Thank you travel triangle. Excellent property with a very courteous and caring staff. The comfort and amenities were excellent. Food was really reallly good. Enjoyed thoroughly the experience if this property on the banks of a rivet and also having an adjacent beach.

Rooms given from Second day was good, Restaurant service was excellent , Mr Deepak has always ready to help in restaurant, only issue we have face was room given on first day was worst and we have asked our agent to cancel our trip, Unique trip maker person (GAURAV)has not given full detail while suggesting property , and Head of Operation Mr. Amit came in picture only after Booking was done, Unique Travel interest was only to have our Photograph with their Banner, at every spot Driver was asked by Mr. Amit to take our photos, i strongly object to use our trip photo for Unique Travel Marketing without my consent, and if i have seen the same , have to take necessary action.

Many Many Thanks to Travel Traingle and Unique Trip Maker for such a wonderful and hastle free arrangements right from Pick to Drop. We loved our stay at Shelsta Holiday Resort and all services were too Good. We would love to go with Travel Traingle and Unique Trip Maker for our next trip and I will definitely suggest name of both to my friends and family for thier upcoming trips. It was a best exp for my family at goa and we enjoyed a lot. Zenzi arranged best package according to our requirement for suitability with my kidos. Hotel pool and cab arrnged specifically to our needs. Driver was very friendly and our kids enjoyed. can say its worth to money.

The driver Munna that we were allotted with was really nice in explaining and guiding us throughout the tour... And the tour operator Amit's regular contact with us on any concerns or issues was quite impressive as well. Overall, I am happy that I have chosen Traveltriangle for my holiday trip plan. I hope to choose the same for any of our future holiday plans.

I had booked a stay for 15 couples in Goa on Fab 16-18th 2024 through travel triangle. It was a harrowing experience getting in touch with them to confirm payments and get a clear answer regarding our bookings. It took them 2-3 months to reconcile all our payments. The person to coordinate from Trip Advisor would not pick up my phone and I was later told that it was because her number had been changed. Does not explain lack of response on email. A simple receipt of payment received and confirmation of hotel booking is too much to ask for from them. Since some members were coming from abroad it was a nightmare assuring everyone that the trip was on despite no confirmations from trip triangle. I came this close to cancelling the booking 3-4 times frustrated by their unprofessional attitude.

Hotels were not upto mark. They were not as specificed during calls. Allotting multiple hotels in 3 days was very bad. Breakfast was very bad. Cab drivers were very helpful and were there for two days as committed.

The Itinerary was perfect but the people who implemented it were even better. The manager, the representatives, the drivers and the guides were all professionals and worthy of saying thanks for a well done job.

Although the trip was good,we requested for a room only for a couple of hours on the last day and we were provided with a high charge by our travel agent of Unique Trip Maker. We were promised during our booking process for a room to be provided free of cost for 2 hours on the last day.We paid Rs 1000 for the room.Just want to say this dont promise something you cant provide.Everything else was ok.

Hotel was good but due to lack of staff the services was not done on time. The driver was polite but his driving was rash. Travel agent was great with the offer and deals. My best memories was on the beach doing water sports and going to one of the best club

I could have booked the hotel through Oyo/MMT and the cab through a local agent.Because after the trip I felt that traveltraingle was of no use and so was SVS travels. 1.We reached hotel pretty late (midnight) and found out that there was no booking available in our name.The booking was done in SVS's name. Obviously it took time to get this confusion sorted.At 1AM, this entire episode seemed too exhilarating.SVS should have been a bit more organized here. 2.Cab service was the worst part of the trip.The driver was not at all cooperative.He was always late and in a hurry to finish the day's itinerary. In one incident,we did not find a table in a restaurent;It had 30minutes waiting.When we requested him to take us around to the nearest spot for sightseeing so that we may come back after 30minutes and get a seat in the restaurent(Gunpowder),he blatantly refused saying that he cannot come back to the same spot again.It is expected that as long as the cab is on hire,we would atleast have the liberty to travel as per our convenience. In another incident,on our way back to the airport,the driver suddenly took an u-turn and informed us that someone else will drive us to the airport.Apparently he got another tourist for sight seeing.We were already 15-20 minutes into the ride.So helpless we were that we had to give in to him. In the middle of the road we had to wait so that the other driver comes picks us up. SVS agent Shubhangi was always available at a phone's call but that didn't help us much. 1.Hotel Riva Goldcoast was good 2.Goan fish thali at Kokni Kanteen was excellent
