I booked package for goa from travel traingle and my trip experience was really very good as Ashok upadhyay from maximum abroad service really planned my trip well, he selected a very good 3 star hotel in centre of candolim, transfer and sightseeing also went very, cab drivers were nice. Nothing went wrong, apart from these travel traingle also makes sure that everything is aligned between agent and customer. I highly recommend to book package from travel traingle or maximum abroad services. Package costs are really within budget Went for sunset view at droplet restaurant located 1.3 km from Candolim market

Overall a great experience Deepak was very helpful as it was compketely well organised and the hotel team were always there to provide immediately on any request The rooms were upgraded and the hotel staff was amazing and the breakfast and Dinner buffet was excellent

Very average hotel. Lack of reception staff Travel agent service was good Wonderful place to visit again . One day each trip South Goa and North Goa trip gives an idea of the places to visit. But no time to enjoy beaches. Need four full days stay to properly enjoy the visit.

Hotel room was not proper as it was shared some other photo but later it turned out to be other and was disappointed. About the cruise was pathetic with food served was not good

All was good ( Hotels F&B should be 24/7 specially if guest are travelling with infants or little kids )except the Paradise cruise dinner it was the worst worst worst just the waste of money nothing else. What we personally explore with scooty that was good.

First of all Customisation of the spot will be done was said to us but when we reached, no customisation would be done was said to us. Hotel infrastructure was amazing but basic necessities were delayed ... First day cab driver was good in nature but second day the cab driver was bit rude

The hotel despite being rated as 5*, did not hv much good service. There was no gym, no indoor play activity, breakfast was very basic with limited options. This is not expected from a 5*. The driver reached on time at both places but was always in hurry to reach smwhere and hence did not pay heed to the customers request to maintain speed while driving. He would accelerate to max when there was open road and suddenly bring down to 20km/hr. We requested hime to maintain a speed atleast so he does not hv to apply sudden breaks, but he said he has to make a next pick up, which is not acceptable. The travel agent made all bookings properly and responded to queries properly. Customer had to follow up for the airport pick up details, coz they gave a reason if payment was not made (there was still another day to make payment as they wanted us to make payment on Tuesday and due date was on Wednesday) they will not share driver contact details. They seemed money minded as they could not wait for the due date to approach for payment and kept on pestering the customer with artificial reasons to make payment. All prior payments were made to travel triangle as per due date, but they bothered customer even in their meals and resting hours. The beach is accessible from hotel. Hotel security ensures which guest go towards the beach and if they return or not which is a very good plus point. Pool in hotel seemed like temperature controlled and hence it was pleasant at all times to enjoy the pool. Hotel is on main road and hence many restaurants and shops at a walking distance

The hotel experience at candolim hideout hotel was the worst experience anyone can imaging. There service was awful, did not change bedsheet for 2 days, tv was not working and even after complain they took more than 24hr to make it running. But that was not the worst the worst was when we are checking out from our hotel to go to airport they closed the gate and told us to pay rs1700 because according to them the bedsheet was not washable because some stain are put by us according to them. When I asked to give us bedsheet for proof they said you have to pay extra rs 2000 for that, then when I confronted them the manager Nirmal biswas and one lady of housekeeping started misbehaving with us. Since we are getting late for airport I had no other option but to pay them rs1000 (for which I have a receipt). Even I called our travel agent but he said he cannot do anything and you have to pay. I have video proof of the entire scene. This was the worst experience as a couple we have to go through who just wanted to enjoy there honeymoon holiday. Attaching the copy of bill here. Hotel Cochicos Resort was very beautiful, hygienic and the service was good. The travel agent assisted me with everything and was available whenever I called them.

Okay It was a great trip , but I actually thought that there are some misunderstanding between our agent and our guide that's why in first we reached into wrong hotel and then on our 2nd day sightseeing our driver not arrived to pick up us. Yes there are many miss communications between your staff and guides but in the end hopefully all solved , it was amazing experience. Thank you for organizing such a beautiful trip.

All the services were good, except the part hotel charged me extra for early check in and I waited for an hour and half even with early check in, despite my repeated requests they didn't budge from it. Room was okay but services of that hotel is not upto the standard of four star hotel. They behaved like 2 star. Cab service were good, on time and clean, travel agent helped me out when were required. Thanks for the trip.

We have a great experience over there … Miss ritu helps us very well and give decent deal. Cab driver is also reached timely. Services at hotels are also good and food was also nice .
