Very good tour and travel agency Based on their very positive reviews, we booked 3nights & 4-day from 1st aug to 4th aug-19 GOA tour with travel triangle agent travel surety. Vacanza grand in executive room was booked near calagunte Beach & the rooms were great, felt very spacious. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean and in great condition. Hotel Staff was also very courteous, We had informed travel agent about the food preference as we are pure vegetarians, and it was very well taken care at the hotel, great thanks for that. Anniversary cake was arranged & it was like icing on the cake for joy, my son enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Food was yummy & great at vacanza grand inn. Every day executive from travel triangle / travel surety used to esquire me about the trip, which made us feel special & comfort and give us more confidence on travel triangle/ travel surity. Two days sightseeing trip (North & south Goa ) was arranged by the agent , and it was fantastic . only complaint is the local tour organizer stop for lunch at the bad & unhygienic hotel, which dont have washroom facility, which will very difficult for women travellers, please advice/instruct local acb service agent. I found the service and response of this travel agent Mr,Aman Gupta was excellent. Easily 5-stars. Even my whastapp queries were promptly responded , would love to book again with same agent.

The stay at hotel was good, near the beach. Cabs were comfortable and drivers were nice but can be improved more if they can guide about the schedule we have in package. I had to skip on some of the stuff mentioned. Some of the stuff like boat rides are repetitive and jetty like Dona Paula are under construction should be updated in the package. About Manish I would say he's patient to listen to both queries and complaints. He does his work in an effective way. One improvements would be if the customer is informed in advance for any changes. I would be glad to refer him to my friends whoever would like to visit Goa. The overall trip was great for me and my family especially with my senior citizen parents who enjoyed the beaches very much. And Dudhsagar waterfall was just awesome. Very thankful to Manish, for arrangements. Cab driver Mohsin shaikh, Ashish and Olencio ( travel head) and other drivers I forgot the names, Ajay and his staff at hotel to make the trip comfortable and tension free. I would recommend if the cab driver on the first day goes through the schedule for 3 days and provide suggestions as a guide. Manish you rock !!!

Planning was not really good - would have been more proactive in terms of communication and updating the customer. Here I have to go back to the agents and coordinator for getting an update, cab details, driver number etc - i want to remind them for everything. Regarding hotel it was just okay with a 3 star facility but as per the services there was no coffee maker (kettle) available - upon request they gave it without any tea bags, coffee powder and sugar. What the use of a kettle without all these - are expecting customers to bring all these things while coming for a trip? Adventure activities was okay - no comments on that just for the sake of providing it was there. I believe the whole goa adventure activities will be like this. Nothing in specific from your side as it was only the hotel (average), cab facility (poor coordination) and adventure activities (average)
