ely was not in a position to accept any bookings due to operational reasons but this was known to Zenji travells much earlier and they decided to change to a different property (Bridge N Tunnel) with assurance that the replacement property has the same level of service. BridgeNTunnel is no way close to Ramsons in services I have checked and enquired in person. Bridge N Tunnel is very basic and they charge nothing more than 2800 max (including GST) per day since it is beach front. Bridge N Tunnel has no proper way to reach. A 1.5 KM travel up a small hill with ups and downs without a proper roads left us tired carrying our trolleys. This is least of our problems.  The food was alarmingly too bad compared to the nice reviews we saw online posted 10 months ago. Everything we ordered had a foul odour like raw meat or fish. Even tea had the odour. So we stopped ordering anything from there. I have already conveyed it to them in the nicest ways. Minor concerns: Why mention them under inclusions when they are not included. Let me quote those that were mentioned as included but never was.  "Welcome drink" we never received and even Tea or coffee with fish odour were charged. "Use of Gymnasium" was there one? We didn't see one at the property which had only a few small rooms with no place for a gym. "TV with cable connection" would have been a surprise if the property had it considering the location it was built in or still building... "Use of swimming pool", you mean the beach? I heard the entire property was in the pool during Maha Maha cyclone two weeks ago. There wasn't a real pool there. "English speaking driver", they speak in Hindi or Konkani and we reply in English. Let's do the math: We paid 34500 hoping we get some discount if we book through you and here is what we got. The room cost according to the hotel staff is 2800 and nothing more. I would have got the same property for a much lesser price if I had booked through other websites. So 2800 per room for 3 nights and we took two rooms. Total cost = 2800 × 2 × 3 = 16800 The dudhsagar trip would cost 1800 per person which includes pickup and drop, Jeap ride tickets and Spice plantation tour with unlimited Lunch. So this should account to 1800 x 5 = 9000. We spent 3500 (Jeap ride) + 2000( Spice Plantation Lunch for 5) = 5500 Now 9000 - 5500 = 3500 should have been the cost for just pickup and drop to dudhsagar and nothing more. Let's add another 3500 as pickup and drop cost from airport to our room.  So total taxi fare 3500(on arival) + 3500(dudhsagar) = 7000 Finally the grant total of the cost of service  is as below: 16800 (rooms) + 7000 (taxi) = 23800. Now the ultimate question:  What we paid (A): 34500 What we got(B): less than 23800 A-B = 10700 What happend to Rs.10700? Palolem beach was very close so we spent enough time in the beach and tasted good food and drink at Cuba (hotel at Palolem).

menities were excellent. Food was really reallly good. Enjoyed thoroughly the experience if this property on the banks of a rivet and also having an adjacent beach.

p Advisor would not pick up my phone and I was later told that it was because her number had been changed. Does not explain lack of response on email. A simple receipt of payment received and confirmation of hotel booking is too much to ask for from them. Since some members were coming from abroad it was a nightmare assuring everyone that the trip was on despite no confirmations from trip triangle. I came this close to cancelling the booking 3-4 times frustrated by their unprofessional attitude.
