from the time of booking till the end of trip. Most importantly she managed to get us passes for phase 2 of Gandola / Cable Car in Gulmarg, which was the only reason we could experience snow during our trip. Overall she managed to provide a really seamless experience.

nd whenever we want to go. Due to natural calamities our itenary is collapsed in last few days. Travel designers are ready to change the itenary as per the need. But they forgot to send the updated itenary to us. In the beginning of there is a miscommunication from travel agent to driver which leads to some mess up. Apart from that everything is good from travel designers. Gulmarg gondola ride is great. Sonamarg scenic view is nice. Shikara ride is good. Royal park hotel is very nice. Wild flower villa hotel is average. Victoria house boat is decent and nice. Royal milad property is also nice and good. Our driver yaseen bhaiya is very friendly.

ue for money. - Hotels provided are good except Srinagar - Gurcoo residency - we never got hot water during the 2-day stay even after multiple complaints. (Srinagar temperature was almost 0 - 5C) Even lot many travelers were complaining the same. But the hotel staff is good, they assured to manage hot water via buckets if the guiser will not work. - Pahalgam Hotel - Himalayan hills is excellent. But 12 km far from Pahalgam. - Houseboat stay is an awesome and a very good experience. It was a royal houseboat. - Akbar houseboat - But the only problem is food. No taste at all. - Cab and driver: The car was good and the driver was also good, but you can ask for a better driver who can help you like a guide during your trip. We have missed a few of sight scenes just because of the driver. He was always in hurry to drop us at the hotel and leave for home. Always refuses when we ask to get us to some place during sightseeing. (Thanks Henat to manage and inform the driver to cooperate with us). As we are visiting these Kashmir locations to spend quality time and experience some mountains and snow, not to stay in hotel rooms. But just because of the driver we missed a lot many things to explore. So while booking, please ask for a good driver.
