    Overview

This Kedarnath trek package invites you to a three-hour uphill journey on foot to see the Kedarnath Mandir and get darshan of Lord Shiva. This sacred journey is undertaken every year by thousands of Hindu devotees every year, from April to November. Kedarnath is one of the most important teertha sthal for followers of Hinduism. The Kedarnath Mandir is the highest among all the jyotirlingas (symbolic representations of Lord Shiva). It is the first and the remotest of the Chhota Chaar Dhaam pilgrimage sites, the others being Badrinath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri. It is located at a height of 11,755 feet above sea level, near the Chorabari Glacier from which the Mandakini river flows.

Other important places in Kedarnath are Hanuman Mandir and Bhaironath Mandir. Kedarnath Mandir is open only between April and November, and remains closed after that due to bad weather. It is believed that when the Kedarnath Mandir is closed, Bhaironath presides over the region.

With our special Kedarnath trekking tour package, you can visit all these places at affordable prices.

Haridwar is approximately 125 km away from Kedarnath and is another important religious place. It is the gateway of the Chhota Chaar Dhaam pilgrimage. A special attraction of Haridwar is the Ganga Aarti which takes place every evening at Har Ki Pauri. While at Haridwar, you can also do Ganga Snaan, perform puja, and do teerth yaatra to Kankhal Ghat, Manasa Devi Mandir, and Chandi Devi Mandir. 3 years ago
My experience with Mithila Travels was awesome. Staff is highly cooperative especially Ravi Singh & owner Mukesh had been great help throughout the trip to Valley of flower. I am from Noida, didn't even visit their office, all things had been done on phone calls. The most appreciable things is that they are highly responsive. Each n every moment their WhatsApp group during journey was guiding us. Thanks a ton to them and Mithila whole team. Cheers!
