We had memorable trip to Kerala due to Travel Trangle as we got the best deal. Resort was awesome. We enjoyed our trip so much without any worries because of planning and all the booking were done by Travel Triangle partner and Comfort Destination.

Every thing is good except last day in hotel because the room and bed was not good the entire trip is good except last day Rose garden in minnar and boating in Alapy was good

The experience is good and I have to mention the Cab Driver Sreejith who is very hospitable and helped very much . One comment is that I have got a sedan is which is basic model which does not have ac vents on the back . As most of my trip was in cold regions it didnt bother but would have been a major issue in case of hotter temperatures. The hotels provided were good

The hotel stay was good at munnar. The houseboat stay at alapppey was good but houseboat hygiene needs improvement. The cab alloted to us was not neat and ac,one side door was not working. The driver alloted has substituted another person in his place snd the person came catered to our needs but he was not understanding our needs several times. Agents service needs improvement. Quick turnaround. Got all the booking done within 2 days. Responsive support team. Overall highly recommended The houseboat in Alleppey could be better. It was not clean and maintained. Else everything was just perfect.

I must say, BookitForgetit Tour operator really lives up to the name. You can rely on their service. As soon as the quote request was given they came up with one of the most extensive and thought out plan for kerala. This was my trip with my longtime friends and it was very well thought-out trip by the tour operator. Sohit (my agent) was quite patient and cordial in taking down all my requirements and making necessary arrangements. When we reached the Hotel in Munnar - we did not receive the room as per our requirements and as soon as I informed Tour Operator, he quickly arranged for the same and the Hotel manager himself, made necessary arrangements. I was amazed at the speed at which the issues got resolved during my trip. Thank you Sohit for the same. I am just rating this trip as 9 of 10, as the only thing that was not proper was the Local Cab. This is no fault of the Tour operator as they have to rely on local cab companies. I received confirmation really last minute and then 3 drivers changed until we found the correct driver at the airport. While the cab was good and clean, but on our last day the driver was not interested in covering all the sightseeing locations that were in our itinerary. He started giving excuses of heavy rains and the location being closed. We also had got tired so we did not pursue. The driver was also most inclined to push for local sight seeing activities which was not in our itinerary and additional costs. Apart from the Cab Co issue, all the properties selected by Tour operator were fantastic. the inclusions from hotel were also very good. Overall it was a nice relaxing trip as we had wanted. I would recommend "Book It Forget It" tour operator as they really took nice care of vacation and requirements.

Trip was good, but the hotel was not arranged the food properly for the cab driver so, the trip was delayed. Boat house stopped the trip before 2kms so the trip was delayed to reach the cab driver. Ok

We had opted for 4D 3N trip to Kerala - Munnar + Alleppey. Trip was nicely planned by our travel agent (Postcard Trip). Accomodations were nice. TravelTriangle helped me to compare various trip destinations and corresponding travel agents. Good experience with TravelTriangle to plan, get quotes, vouchers, payment, etc. Only problem I faced when I opted for TravelTriangle Care Scheme. I had transferred required money in the account mentioned. But I didn't get any updates on that even after multiple follow-up e-mails. Munnar weather and houseboat safari

Initially was hesitant to go with unknown travel agent but the service agent was friendly and provided with all details asked for The hotels were good and driver/cab was fantabulous. Only concern was the boathouse stay which was not upto the mark and have to face many issues which was informed will be done/available. Last min change in boathouse due to technical issues and the boathouse we stayed was small and need to pay extra money to open another room. Poor maintenance of premium boat, AC was not working, candle light dinner was not provided But overall it was a good trip and arrangements

Trip was very good memorable and all the arrangements were good, except house boat @ alleppey wasn't the premium service otherwise all other things are managed well.
