Raoghanashyam's 5 days trip to Kerala

      1. Tulusi village hotel was 22km away from munnar and was very average in standard we didn't get the breakfast in time. Hotel was in like shown to us in the picture. Nothing exiting about munnar. 2. Hotel in thekkady was good and upto the standard, breakfast was good. Got things to see in thekkady. 3. Aleeppey was the worst experience of Kerala. 1st our actual boathouse cancelled on us (we still don't know the reason and would like to know the reason) and the travel agent arranged a alternative boathouse to us which was supposed to start by 1 in the noon but started its ride by 4:30 pm and ended it's trip by 6:30 pm (2hrs) food was below average, infrastructure of boat was below average. In the morning they stared and ended the ride before we could wake up from the bed, we could not have the breakfast because of its quality and taste. 4. We got a very average room in varkala on which we don't have any complaints but once again it was not as it was shown in the pictures. Now speaking about the cab and the driver: maintainance of cab was good but the driver who was actually assigned to us didn't arrive and it's was another driver made proxy on his behalf who was very slow in his driving. Once again we got a different driver from alleppey who at the end of trip forced us to close the trip before 5pm. Speaking about the travel agent rithvik: he was good enough to solve our queries and was quick enough to arrange the alternative boathouse to us in the event of cancellation. But still it would have been perfect if the error didn't happen at theb1st place. I need to speak to somebody from the travel triangle because I'm very deeply saddened by the events happened on boathouse and I think I would never pay 10k for 3hrs of ride which didn't even cover one island. Best memory was thekkady and varkala

Hotels & their locations were very nice. Sedan cab was comfortable. Cab Driver was very well aware of all places in entire trip. Along with he was also good photographer. Ultra luxury private house boat was very good. Only we had missed periyar boating, since we were not aware about slots. If slots get full, then you can get ticket for boating. Travel agent should do booking for this from their side as well or atleast they should have informed about slots getting full.

Total Trip was a Great except boat house in Aleppy as we faced lag in hygiene and cleanliness. About hotels camellia and elettera at Munnar n Elephant route hotel at thekkady was awesome in overall except food(3*) and about Cab driver Mahi , this fellow is a fantabulous fellow n can trust him .. The Boat house LPC lags in hygiene n the beds, bedsheets n blankets were totally unhygienic n faced itching problem . While booking make sure that not to book the LPC Lake park cruise boat house. About Duniyazamana , these people are providing a great service. Stay at Hotel Camellia and elettera was awesome.

I would start with honest brief review for my solo trip: Pros:So kerela could be very expensive for commute purpose and you do need a taxi to travel around etc, I covered munnar , Thekkady and Alleppey. The team made a great route for me and tried covering everything, hotel staffs were really kind and professional, the transport team checked on me everyday if everything is fine or not and suggested me good timings etc to cover my route. Cons: the munnar hotel stay should try to have more hygiene, there were mosquitoes in the night, Houseboat also could have more hygiene, keep some room freshners, insect repellents, and give proper toilerteries etc, Taxi-Driver was not very professional and asked many unnecessary uncomfortable personal questions and trying to talk to me all the time even when I just want to listen to music or talk to my friends on phone or just enjoy nature , although the team took good care of it after my complaint , but still they should really be trained specially when it's a solo female travel about how to be professional and not try to be friends. Overall: it was still a good well planned experience , houseboat staffs and hotel staffs were very humble, kind and helpful, I had good time even with little bit hurdles here and there but understanding the challenges it was still a good deal for me. House boat is a must try experience during end of your journey for their serene nature and home cooked nice food.! .

Travel triangle agent helped us in organizing itenary and all but out of 3 stay, 2 were bad for us. In Thekkady we booked crown valley resort where service was too slow, they have changed the room type by their own decision and without good view. Dinner food was also not good. The private houseboat provided was the worst we ever experienced. I will not recommend to go with standard itnary as all the places were not that great and kerala is just a hype. Government own everthing and charge us a lot.
