I recently had the pleasure of working with Shreya from Back2Holidays for my trip to Lonavala, and I can confidently say she made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Pros : From our first interaction, she was attentive and knowledgeable, quickly understanding my preferences and tailoring the itinerary to match. She provided excellent recommendations for accommodations and activities, ensuring we made the most of our time in Lonavala. Her attention to detail was impressive; every aspect of the trip was well-organized, from transportation to dining options. Throughout the trip, Shreya remained accessible for any questions or last-minute changes as well as charges

Overall it was a good trip. Hotel stay at LONAVALA is pathetic. Other than that everything else was good. Car upgrade from INNOVA CRYSTA to KIA CARNIVAL was the best thing that happened to us.

I had good experience with travel triangle, this is the third time I booked a package with them , everytime they surprise me with there full effort of reaching thr customer satisfaction,..I had good time in mumbai, the package was satisfying with covering all the sightseeing places . Apart the transport vehicle alloted was not expected, I loved it . The driver was very polite and helpful in all ways. Sir Udit who booked my pacakage was very supportive and did whatever help needed just on call. Thank you Udit. And thank you travel triangle for making my trip memorable

We had a great trip. Trip squaree's coordination was very good. Ms. Nidhi Singh is a wonderful person who coordinated very well. A very patient and a friendly person. she even arranged for a cab for one of the passenger who had to leave in between. The person was dropped safely at the airport . Everything from pickup to sightseeing was comfortable. But the driver was not very familiar with the location. Everytime we asked something he had to google and find it. He is not very comfortable with Hindi as well. He knew Marathi well. Complementary Breakfast at Hotel Mahabaleshwar Fragrance was very average. Because it is free they did not even care to provide a side dish for rava kichdi. We had a power cut for more than 2 hours and no generator was there. Once we reached we had a leak of AC water but they fixed it very soon. Overall it was great trip and we have a wonderful memory about the same for the rest of our lives. Thank you Trip Squaree and Travel triangle for arranging a good trip within our budget.

Hotel Greenland Delsol Resort was pathetic. Dirty room, Dirty water, Bad food. The staff was arrogant. They themselves decided not to serve the food in room after taking the order. and we were waiting for food to come for around 2 hrs !

Let's go point-wise w.r.t the feedback: 1. The hotel, being a 3-star, did not met with the standards expected. I didn't expected a 3-star with a lavish ambience, decorated rooms, top-quality room service, etc. My expectation was a simple but full-fledged service. The hotel didn't know about my package booking as a result, they rose questions about free breakfast. Each time I had to clarify my self about the utilities included in the package and made me angry at point of time. Don't worry, I didn't shout on any employees of the hotel. 2. As this was my first honeymoon tour, the room decoration on valentine's day was very shabby. When I reached to my hotel room at night, all the balloons had fallen from the ceiling and adjacent walls. I and my wife made efforts to fix it. 3. The cake selection by the hotel service was very cheap. It was valentine's day and my first honeymoon tour, and those guys handed the black forest birthday cake with no garnishing on it. The waiter handed the cake with the matchbox and when I asked the reception to provide some candles, he said, "Sorry sir, that's not in your package". Candles? Package? seriously? I was like, what's the meaning of matchbox then? 4. The reason why I'd choose you is to strictly compare the cost of the tour, in person. If I draw a chart of personally-guided tour Vs third-party scheduled tour, the expenses that indulge shows major deviation. Of course, the package you'd pitched contains your margin but up to 50% was not expected. 5. Too much of your miscommunications with me and with the hotel staff. Some good experiences: 1. The driver was punctual, well mannered and informative with the places we visited. Respect for him. 2. Pro-activeness of our employees won my heart. As a conclusion, I would now think twice before approaching you. First, I'd thought of my Mom and Dad's wedding anniversary plan with you but now I am off the track.

Our recent vacation planned through TravelTriangle had its highs and lows, with Agent Gaurav Sharma shining bright amidst some disappointments. Firstly, let me highlight the commendable service provided by Gaurav Sharma. He meticulously organized our trip to Lonavala, Khandal, Panchgani, and Mahabaleshwar, ensuring our preferences were met and our journey smooth. Gaurav's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident through his regular follow-ups and genuine concern for our well-being throughout the trip. However, our experience with the hotel in Lonavala, Aureole Mrida - A Boutique Hotel, was far from satisfactory. The initial room assigned to us was plagued with issues – from a leaking washbasin to an overall foul odor. Gaurav promptly intervened, helping us relocate to a better room. Yet, the disappointment persisted as the breakfast served the next morning was below par, with stale breads being served, much to our dismay. The unapproachable and indifferent attitude of the hotel staff further added to our dissatisfaction. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, and I hope TravelTriangle takes note of this feedback seriously. Thankfully, our experience improved drastically upon reaching Panchgani. The Blizzard Resort not only offered a beautiful setting but also boasted a team of helpful and cooperative staff. From delicious food to impeccable hygiene standards, every aspect of our stay was delightful. Special mention to Prashant and Abhishek, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The opportunity to pluck strawberries from the nearby farm added an extra charm to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. In conclusion, while our journey with TravelTriangle was marked by highs and lows, Gaurav Sharma's exceptional service and the delightful experience at Blizzard Resort salvaged our vacation. However, attention must be paid to addressing the shortcomings encountered, particularly with hotel selections, to ensure a consistently satisfying experience for travelers.

Suhas was good at planning all the things and his responsiveness and support was great. He is very polite and coordinated with another hotel and provided us different hotel when there was a problem. Though he helped us to change the hotel on the next day, we faced difficulty for one night as the opted hotel (Royal Hills @Mahabhaleswar) maintenance is not good and the hotel staff behavior is ridiculous. Driver is good but he does not know much places when we asked him where to dine out. Also he is having very less idea on the routes and different tourist spots to visit. In every hotel, breakfast available after 9 AM. I don't understand how this policy has made for tourist places. I was disappointed about the breakfast timings and it was not informed earlier and did not stated in any of the quotes.

The guy is good but quoted unreasonably high for the services he offered. I had cheaper bookings for the same category of hotels on the said dates. It's not value for your money. Natural. No memories of travel triangle :)

We had a great trip to Tarkarli (Malvan). This app is a boon for those, who are all day busy in their work and don't get time for planning trips..Through this you can get everything all set with just one click..☺️

The driver was not good. We had to use GPS and show him the places where we had to go. It would have been good if we had got a good experienced and social interactive driver. The experience with the driver was bad. Expect that everything was good

I am happy with the services offered as part of this trip being cab driver or travel agent and hotel. Thanks to travel triangle for making this trip happened on very short notice. Hotel person was so generous to call and inform me of my lost bag.
