I need to ask them everytime to get any information (hotel vocuher, cab driver details, check in and check out time etc..) It is very hard experience with the travel agent. Hotel : it is ok with the experience. But they changed the room in between if some other booked the room. Cab: They are genuine and on time to pick up and drop. They are much experienced and known all the places. Very much satisfied with travel with them and feel much safer.
