Hi Travel Traingle Team, Thank you very much for the fun and memorable trip that I had in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur & Langkawi) via Travel Triangle. Everything was very well organized, arranged professionally and worked out well for me. The communications of your team was excellent and very much impressed with the arrangements that they had arranged for me including airline tickets, hotel stay, transportation, tour itinery, visa process etc in such a short period of time.. The WhatsApp team were exceptionally active throughout the trip and gave us an immediate responses on time to time basis. Regarding tour itinery, The tour consultants covered all places as per the itinery and took us into the diversity of Malaysia. I witnessed many different things including forests, national parks, theme parks, islands, city tours, rivers, skyscrapers, beaches, malls, streets, markets, night lifes etc. I will give you the brief details of the places later which I have visited on each day. There was a good amount of activity on each day with not too much down time. Just enough to keep up my journal. The hotel stay in KL was lovely & clean and it’s very close to Chowkit monorail station which really helped me to explore the night life of KL city without spending much expenses on transportation, but not very impressed with the hotel stay in Langkawi. It’s a kind of an above average hotel stay in langkawi and sad part is it’s far away from Langkawi town, but this hotel had a very good scenic beauty with swimming pool facing towards mountains and rivers. Initially you guys promised me the stay in Adya Hotel which I preferred to stay, I followed up many of your team mates, but unfortunately they couldn’t make it. But both accommodations are far exceeded than my expectations, very good breakfast including Indian dishes and very friendly staffs. The good part is both the hotels allows me to do early check-in which really helped me for getting good sleep and aside from the actual trip I got an additional day to explore the city on my own. The best part of the trip was the tours & activities in Langkawi. Absolutely - definitely I will be recommending your tours and I will also be taking another in the future. Thank you so much for well organized & wonderful trip. It’s always a memorable one. Thank you once again. it was remarkable that TT sponsored KALPANA TRAVEL did a tremendous job to make this trip a success ms heena ,the trip coordinator helped and advised me for package of 9 family members.thanjs to all team..the Amritsar kaulalumpur flight with the next flight to LANGKAWI was a miracle the short time duration for langkawi was further added neatly was great..arrival at kaulalumpur and get departure from their. great night trip for kaula lampur was a Diwali to be celebrated before diwali...superb

We travelled for 7 days... They arranged private vehicle for us as per our request.. Cab drivers were friendly and gave valuable tips. Hotels we selected were really good. Trip was comfortable. Rocking trips did an excellent job Cons - They are very rigid with regards to the timings mentioned in our itinerary.. They hadnt obliged to extend the return time even by half an hour

We had a great tour experience with House of Travellers and Travel triangle . All the executives of Travel agent were very coperative, right from choosing the itinerary to guiding all throughout the travel, especially i would like to thank Mr. Girish for helping during booking and Mr. Utkarsh for being always available on phone , responding very well throughout the trip. Overall it's a fabulous experience. Hotels are very well maintained and clean, with good services but i feel rooms are a bit small for trip cost

Could have planned itinerary better, we wasted 1 and half day in Kaula Lumpur with very less activity and mostly we spent time inside hotel. Aquarium we had to plan ourself Bec there was so much extra free time

Trip went good without any major issues. However, agents can improve few things like suggesting home food restaurants and climate conditions. Though we surf ourselves over internet, but I believe they would know better. Flight bookings should be improvised so that customers need not to wait long hours in airports and connecting flights, maintaining minimal time for check-in/visa processing should be enough. Also, there are places where it took more than 2 hours just to pass the queue. Travel agents should bring this upfront and alternatives, so that customer could plan accordingly.

Malaysia Pre trip experience was horrible during flight booking. The flight had got rescheduled and the agent had cancelled my tickets. Both TT and the Agent were hell bent on putting the blame on me and had asked me to provide proof that airlines didnt cancel the ticket or bear the extra cost of revised ticket. Somehow scraped through that. After that it was smooth sailing. Agent response was very poor, I had to chase him for everything. After payment TT advisor never called once. In fact I spoke to my advisor first time after 2 months of booking trip. Hotel in Langkawi was bad, wouldnt recommend to anyone. The agency chosen in Malaysia was good and their planning was accurate and meticulous. Overall, TT experience was Ok - would like to try again One suggestion, keep some money pending to be paid after the trip to improve agent response.

The trip was well planned and structured. Enough time was allotted to every place/activity. TT agents and ground support team were always very helpful. There are two things which could have gone better. The Island Hopping was bit of a downer, covering only two islands and one of them not even having a beach. It would have helped if we had been provided some details about exactly what were to be covered as part of island hopping. The Leo Palace hotel was a huge disappointment. Even though we had seen photos online of the Superior double room while trip planning, the actual room was nothing like that. It was really small, dirty and smelly. There were cigarette burn holes in the bed sheets. I paid extra to move to a Executive room, which was far better. But considering the price point, it still left room for improvement. I'd suggest that in future please don't recommend this room(in fact this hotel) to any tourists, especially couples.
