The services delivered to us at Maldives, by travel triangle and Red letter holidays(agent) were as promised. However, we were disappointed with the planning skills of red letter holidays. Firstly, we book our holidays through agents so that they give us ideas as to which places to visit and where to stay. While we enjoyed our stay in sheraton resort, our stay in Hulhumale Island was very very disappointing. The hotel was shabby and extremely mediocre, definitely not worth Rs7000 a night. Hulhumale island itself was a very boring place. Our agent should have advised us to go to a better island rather than booking hulhumale island. This just shows their lack of knowledge about the popular places of the country's trip they are selling. All in all, they did mostly deliver services as promised. So my rating would be a 3.5 out of 5 to agent and travel triangle.

The stay at Adaaran was really amazing thank u travel triangle for making the arrangements. Also i would not suggest the UI INN hotel in Male, no basic needs as soap toothpaste and all available, the wifi is very slow, no lift in the hotel, food was very average, no places to see nearby. The Ocean Villa Stay.

Hotel was awesome but during stay at ocean villa the car service and room service was dissatisfactory. Overall trip was very good. Travel Agent didn't mention the trip was a Honeymoon (as told by hotel reception) so we had to produce our marriage certificate. There was not bed decorations. The swing by the ocean..that beach and the swing was lovely. Beach grill restro bar, they serve amazing burger and drinks. Stay at Ocean Villa, the room and location was fabulous.

We went on an honeymoon package with all inclusive at the centara Ras fushi resort. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay there for 4 nights. Their welcome, cleanliness, ambiance, behavior, food, different types of restaurants and bar's especially the pool side bar was really awesome. But Water sport and Spa services are really expensive. A night at water villa was an amazing experience and pleasant. we got the sunset view room and it was a bliss. The last day we moved to Hulhumale city to explore the city life there . we stayed at UI INN hotel for a night which is a very average hotel and not a good choice for a couple stay. They dont have an all inclusive package. They offer only breakfast which is not up to the expectation. they serve only bread, tea/coffee, rice and curry. But the city was really amazing, we enjoyed the outside food. The restaurants in the city do have Indian cuisine with a fair price. There is a beach called Hulhumale east beach and a park. Its really an awesome experience. Apart from the UI INN hotel stay we really had a very good experience and memories to cherish. Thanks Aditya for arranging an awesome trip.

My hotel comfirmation voucher said the room is a 2 bedroom layout but i was provided a very small room saying that 2 bedroom isn’t available at the moment, then whats the use of hotel confirmation voucher??? We were on honeymoon trip to Maldives (3nights @ Adaraan Select Hudhuranfush and 1night in Male City UI Inn). The coordination at resort level was remarkably good but the response we received from the SHS travel agent was totally careless. Adaran provided us with best of the facilities during the whole stay on island . The amenities were carefully designed for extra comfort and privacy.but there was no promising communication, neither progressive nor informative from SHS travels . The hotel did not receive the request for honeymoon freebies. I personally had to request the reception for the freebies,which was expected to be already done by SHS side. On 4th day we moved out to Male city and were expecting same treatment but we were helpless. The hotel selected by SHS was not upto the standards of so called three star, it was small hotel having low to zero network connectivity. Food provided in package was below normal standards and serious concerns about security and privacy. No cab service and no guide was provided by the hotel,which was however committed by the agent in the package. Also there were times when the corresponding person from SHS side did not receive calls.not even replied to the queries. However SHS provided us flexible payment dates and flexible dates of travel. Butbit was overall one nice experience we had on island. Hoping to see Maldives Soon Sunset cruise and Lucky Dolphin was the best part which we came across. Also the ocean villa was out of the world . Butler provided us best help.

We had an amazing trip to Maldives in October 2019 for my Birthday. Pros: 1. Ocean Villas are excellent in Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi. Thanks for ToursCreator for suggesting fabulous resort. 2. Farhan who is our agent from ToursCreator was responsive and patient to my requests. Cons: 1. We had worse experience in Coconut Tree hotel, Hulhumale. As per our package we are supposed to have breakfast and dinner but hotel staff said our agency bought only 10 USD voucher and we are supposed to have food with in that limit. When i contacted agent he is not aware of that at all. Being a travel agent one should have all these details of hotel before suggesting to customer. We were very upset. 2. Agent promised us a complimentary excusion in Adaaran and resort people was not updated about it all. So much time was wasted in communicating with agent & resort and at end complimentary was not given. I request ToursCreator & Travel Triangle to resolve these type of issues and make customers happy.

Nitish sony from step up travels helped in finalising my resort. I had few apprehensions initially, but, was sorted out by him to perfection. I also tried him contacting for resorts other than his suggestions, for them also he was patient and helped me. But due to my tight budget, I couldn't finalize that resort. Overall 5 ++ rating. Thank you step up travels and travel triangle for making my honeymoon a memorable experience. Complementary Sea plane transfer along with sewa boat transfer. So well arranged that we didn't require local currency all through our stay.

Plan My Leisure did an excellent job with our Maldives package, which we booked by Nov end for our Dec 2022 trip. We had less time to finalize the resort due to Dec peak season, but Shubham from Plan My Leisure team did an amazing job in a single day to convince us with a package as per our satisfaction and requirements. Although this exceeded our budget due to peak season, we realised Maldives is indeed a costly affair, in general. Shubham tried his best to work out a plan with us to manage booking as per our budget and save costs wherever possible. Now coming to the trip experience, we had a mesmerizing experience at Maldives. Something we will remember for lifetime as this was one of our best trips. All transfers to and fro from the airport to both our hotel (local island) and resort (resort private island) were taken care off in a hassle free manner by Mahee (our trip representative). Local island hotel selected by us for 2N (Huvan beach hotel) was above average, but the private island resort (Centara Ras Fushi) was way too beautiful experience to describe in words.
