Manali Family Deal Tour Package 6 Days & 5 Nights

No proper communication and understanding on my travel date and the travel agent booked the hotel on wrong date and my trip got little messed up in the beginning and we have to pay the extra cost for the hotel & cab.. Because of there misunderstanding we suffered and they are not even ready to except there mistake and were putting the blame on me that I gave the wrong date.. My Shimal room was really good but my trip in shimla went with arguments only with the travel agent.. And for Manali they said it’s a Luxury room but it was a Delux room only and had a small argument again, But other than that there response and cooperation with the guest was ok.. The only think was happened is the communication gap and there were not able to compensate my lose..

I travelled first time to Shimla and Manali. It was quite and nice trip and did not face any issue during the entire visit. Driver provided for this trip was really very good guy and always remember him apart from Sightseeing especially Manali hills and valleys.

Travel agent had nicely organised the trip . However average experience about cab .Travel agent should carefully evaluate while selecting driver especially for families . Trip to Solang valley was memorable one .

on first day i asked driver to take us near temple which is 4-5 kms only but he asked 2k extra charge which is rediculus and he blame that this cab is company car and company is worst and suggested us to book local cabs

I would recommended for next trip of Himachal Pradesh. Everything was arrange so nicely and good communication during the trip to avoid any confusion. We enjoyed a god time during the trip. Vendor is so humble and clear about everything.

Had a wonderful trip, stay was awesome but cab driver behavior was not friendly at all . He was smoking through out trip outside of cab but the smell of it was very bad. He was very rude , if we ask him to go to any place he just start giving excuses. He even bought Liquor not sure if he had it or not. Snow fall at manali and shimla was lifetime memory for us.

It was a great family trip with kids .Hotels provided by the travel agency was quite good and clean. Tusar is the person of travel talkies agency who has asked every day about the status of trip and how good it's going till the last day of my trip and it was really happy that we could communicate every now and then about our trip ups and downs.only thing we missed is Atal tunnel by the day we went there it was closed because of continuous rain.other than that shimla , Kullu and Manali trip was memorable days Horse riding in kufri and Sholang valley and adventure activities for kids and Shimla.

I have visited Manali and Shimla with my family. The trip is awesome and we enjoyed a lot in this trip especially playing in ice, paragliding and river rafting. Special thanks to Ashu Sharma as her coordination in trip is really helpful and rooms we got are really good. I highly recommend Holidays Ride Tour N Travel based on my experience.

I booked with Travel magzine almost 2 months before my trip itself(My trip was from Nov 30th to Dec 6th). After so many suggestions and various itineraries compared and finally decided to go with Travel magzine. Initial coordination from Mr. Anuj was good enough from explaining the complete trip details to daily activities. I even made multiple changes to dates and places before finalizing, and for that also Mr. Anuj patiently responded and provided appropriate feasible feedback. However, there are some pros and cons which I have observed on this trip Cons ------------ 1. After making a booking and paying some advance, they are routed to another coordinator and who is completely new and has no idea what discussion was made before fixing the itinerary. 2. Booking of the hotel is done as provided in the itinerary. However, the room which they provide is not going to be exactly the same as that shown. This is kind of dealing with the hotel and Travel agent where they manage the cost-cutting by giving smaller rooms. Until you fight back and react on the situation you will not be given as expected bigger room. I booked 2 hotel rooms (Manali 2 nights and Shimla 2 nights) - On the first day in Manali was given a smaller room at the top floor corner when compared to all others all other floors were bigger except for ours. I didn't make any issues and adjusted because I know the room provided was sufficient for us and also had a lift for 4th-floor access. 3. Hotel Manali green They are renovating their hotel and hence no power backup. Many a time there will be no power in the room without lights and lift also. No kettle in the room - drinking hot water we need to call the service number. 4. This was the same scenario with the hotel room provided in Shimla (The Sunrise Villa) - They gave me a top-corner room which was like a small dog house. The roof was just 1 inch above my head if I stand straight. Then I fought with the hotel administration and also with the travel agent. Then they agreed to change my room to the 2nd floor 5. Food provided in the hotels has the same menu every day. They switch between morning and night food items that's it Pros ----------------------- 1. The cab provided was new and the driver (Mr. Vijay) was so patient. I have never seen such a quiet, patient, and always helpful kind of driver. He guided us through whatever was appropriate and made our whole trip an amazing experience. 2. The Hotel Manali Green - It is a good hotel for a stay - they provide good food and better service. All rooms are fixed with Geysers and hence 24/7 hot water is available. The view from the hotel is amazing. All areas are easily accessible from the hotel. You will have a good time in the hotel 3. The hotel Sunrise Villa, Shimla - The hotel staff is so genuine and they care like anything. Service from every hotel member is so great. It is a good hotel for a stay - they provide good food and better service. All rooms are fixed with Geysers and hence 24/7 hot water is available. The view from the hotel is amazing. Just it is located in Shogi (12km from Shimla city) - so for every outing day you will be traveling 1 - 1.5 hours including traffic. Anyways as a whole the overall arrangements were good and we had a great time spent in Manali and Shimla. My family enjoyed the whole trip and I would like to thank the team for making this happend.

The online experience is good with Travel triangle. The only hard part is the driver. he is good at driving and he has good driving skills. but he needs to know more about the places and the route to that place that we planed to visit. He is relying on google maps that wasted most of our valuable time. Only Suggestion is while assigning a driver better teach him on the local places otherwise we end up wasting our time in searching those places and it will not be good experience.

It was wonderful trip, agent given better choices and arrangements are very good. hotel and their staff are too good and co-operative. cab driver prompt and very good in communication and plan things in advance. overall we are happy with this trip.

The paradise resort was mind blowing. But the hotel himanshu is bit off sound. The driving skill of the driver was awasome but he was a bit bossy. Thanks for an awasome trip. The snow fall in Manali and a adventure drive through the hill roads on a hailstorm

Guest Name- Manish Aggarwal Contact -9643835035 Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have converted my Himachal trip into Chandigarh Amritsar trip due to some uncertain excessive snowfalls in Shimla and Highway of Shimla Manali has also been blocked, But the night I stayed in Shimla were worst night ,even my whole day was terrible, firstly when I reached to Shimla via Toy train by bearing OWN expenses, I didn't found any cab there even if I informed earlier to cab provider, when I reached there my cab provider siad that his Cab stucked some where in snowfall but I would say it's his responsibility to aarange cab as he know every thing in advance ,so after 2 hours we arranged UNION CABS for which they charged RS 700 from me and thanks to cab provider he adjust the same amount , in between that , I called hotels Nature ville and they said that they will transfer us in some other hotel due to cab didn't reach their hotels, and they provide us low category hotel and food was also average. next morning we again called cab provider but driver make so much excuses and he didn't reach at hotel on time even if we were ready at 9.30 a.m but when he come he made excuses but spoke harsh language., So I called my tour facilitator EKTA VERMA ,and she helped me to get new cab and change my tour itinerary, than we went Chandigarh in some other cab ,driver of which was really good and cooperative. Amritsar hotel PURI PALACE were also good and food were also awesome , but his toiletary were not working properly even if we have 2 rooms Than we went to Chandigarh hotel DIAMOND INN which experience were really bad, they Neither provide complimentary water bottle nor any sweet dish in dinner but only provide RS. 10 icecream cup , over all this hotel experience isnot good, location is very poor, one common gyser for 2 rooms, 2 room gyser not working properly. Tour facilitator were very helpful, cab driver awesome I thought that this trip can be done with In 30k bucks ,rest is good Second cab driver behavior is good, Amritsar hotel food is good
