      It was very well planned trip, we covered almost everything. Manali is mesmerizing place n we sooked it's beauty.       The travel coordinator Shruti was really great in coordinating with the hotels. Manali heights was a great choice. Their service is the best. Shimla hotel was not upto the mark. While the hotel manager was a good person, they don't have a proper parking space and the room needs pest control. Bedsheets were promptly changed when we notified of the soiled sheets. Manali heights is a highly recommend hotel.

      The first Hotel -Snow heaven resort was v nice and clean and had amazing service n view also. But the second hotel didn’t have a good location, it had broken passage and terrible location and there was no view and the rooms were also not well equipped and clean. Food was good. Earlier we were allotted with snow heaven for 3 days at the last moment our hotel was changed to mountain green villa. So apart from hotel everything was good.

      We had a great time during entire trip. It was well planned mutually by us and travel triangle. Service at Hotel in Manali lotus inn Rotang was superb. Food and service was good. We didnot like the service at Shimla hotel, Sunrise villa. Hotel was too far from the city. Otherwise everything was so good.

      My family has enjoyed the trip. All the services catered to me specially at Manali which include ambience hotel,staff and driver(naveen ji) was excellent. Few exceptions in this trip was driver eating zarda(paan paraag) while driving and spitting from the open window while driving the car which made my family inconvenience. Also bus details were never shared on time Bone chilling Manali, skieing,rafting and wonderful surrounding mountains and spiritual place Manikarna

      We traveled on March 27 to 31 and the trip was awesome. The hotel we stayed was snow heaven resort and the hotel view was awesome and hotel foods are good. The only problem in hotel was not near to main town. We have to go by cab Only. The cab driver and cab is ok for us. To watch and play in snow you have to cross the atal tunnel only. For that you have to paid extra amount for cab. The Atal tunnel trip was awesome time. Total trip was awesome and climate is chill 5degrees only.

      They did not consider aspects like sun, temperature etc while planning the trip and quote accordingly. Had to travel in very hot sun with 3yrs kid without AC though I paid for AC. When asked they said they did not include AC in ghats in the quote. Mr Sony has confirmed it in his call that they did not include for AC in ghats which is 6+hrs drive in scotching heat. Horrible response and service. They quoted low just to win the deal but not to provide service expecting return customers.

      Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.
