Splendid Munnar Alleppey Tour Package From Chennai 4 Days & 3 Nights

Facilities and Services at the resort and houseboat were at par but the driver was really rigid and did not meet our expectations. We could not cover the sight seeing spots Eravikulam National Park was really heavenly and Fort Kochi was so much fun.

Best quote for the trip , agent communication and response was good and Mona gave a better price with more amenities and we enjoyed our trip a lot We enjoyed the complete trip and our cab driver Mr Alby was much supportive and helped us in every point , he helped us in some emergency of my kid in the early morning

We want to specifically comment on cab driver. He was extremely professional and the guy who knows our requirements. He helped us to prioritise our visit as i was travelling with child. He did adjusted sightseeing as per our specifications and suggested pure veg hotels too. He was on time on all days. Also j square holidays is best option for travelling with good package. All thanks to travel triangle as we felt safe with all these arrangements.All that one wants when they are travelling is peaceful trip and your team has arranged it upto the mark

It was a good trip, Kondai Lip resort in Alleppey was awesome in services, quality and food wise. At wood resort Munnar was okay not so great with the room and food. Cab driver is good and he took care of us while driving in the ghot roads. Good experience with travel traingle

It was really a great experience. Travel triangle help me a lot and selecting my destination and different packages. Nice people. Helped me and my family to plan my Kid Birthday in Kerala .I wish I would have the information about J Square team before. So far it was a good experience. Keep it up guys.!!!

Hotel is not as premium as mentioned. But just served purpose. House boat is below average. Wash room lights didn't work in one of cabins, making it difficult to use in the night and early morning freshen up. But staff were really helpful and supporting. Cab driver: uses mobile phone while driving, not supportive, was eager to knockoff always, a bit disappointed. Note: this is my third visit to Munnar and stayed for 3 years in Ernakulam. Disappointed with arrangements. Food prepared by house boat staff is really good.

Great experience. The agent list is good. Our chosen agent Guruji was great in follow ups as well. The cab was excellent, the properties decent and the house boat very good.

Overall trip was excellent, but there are some booking issues .I booked private houseboat with two bedrooms , it was also mentioned in quote provided and also in voucher send to me . But at last I provided with single room for four person with shared houseboat .If amount charged against private houseboat , then remaining amount should refund . Alleppy backwater houseboat and Alleppy beach trip was excellent , every one who plans for Kerala trip should go to houseboat.

Kerala trip was OK but not the best one as i experienced with the travel Mania team and with the cab driver as well . The trip was not that much expected due to Heavy rains in August first 10 days....the very 1st day wasted totally by spending in cab due to flood type of conditions that too we are in middle of Munnar, due to that entire trip was changed all of a sudden, ghat section roads are covered with landslides and tree slides. finally we cancelled the Munnar trip and went to Alleppey by eod. But travel guys didnt give proper info regarding to the hotels as the plan changed, and they are asking extra charges around 3.5 K due to plan changes and cancellations of the munnar hotel...due to the change happened in itenary. the 2nd day was House boat, that god here also bit rainy but safe.....boat was not that much expected ...its like very old but cook (as we are purely vegetarian) and boat driver was good . and the very 3rd day reached trivendram around 3pm, we saw padmanabha swamy temple and museums...night staying at kovalam . the next day(4th day) it was totally wasted as we have plenty of time to go for side seeing in Trivendram (as we have a 1 year old baby) there is some thing called Magic planet its just 28 KM from trivendram. here driver was not at all OK as he is saying it was not in the itanary. he is arguing with us like u can call to ur travel guys as its not in itanary.....so i called to travel guys and they are charging 1K extra amount for the site seeing. ( last time we went to BALI( indonesia) driver showed so many places without hesitating any thing that too not in Itanary as well) . am not understanding how lazy people are there in our society to show the side seeings ....driver is not at all helpful here . . we have flight at 9:30 PM, so we have lot of time from morning 11AM to evening 7 PM. Finally we are asking to driver atleast go to Padmanabha swamy temple one more time. for this also he is not OK and saying that as per the itanary we have to show the surroundings only once not twice in same area and location.

Thank you so much travel triangle. We really had an amazing experience. Starting from the cab to driver to hotels, everything was fabulous. Our trip executive Adesh really executed it very well. We are going to plan our next trip with travel triangle only! Rivulet resort at munnar and casa Rio at athirapalli have amazing location with delicious and variety of buffet.

The hotel at cochin was average. I must say that it was excellent in Munnar. As discussed with the agent we wanted a cab with carrier but didnt get that. But the cab driver (Jim Verghese) was very good and polite. Also there was delay in getting vouchers. We got all the information of hotels when we were about to reach the place after continuous follow up with the agent during travel. Not at all likely.

We booked the holiday through book it forget it. Our travel agent Akhil was always readily available and flexible for the bookings and changes. It has been a good experience booking the vacation through him. In addition to Akhil, I would highly appreciate our cab driver/guide for the entire trip - Anish. He has been an incredible driver and had been motivating us to experience everything possible throughout the way. I would sincerely recommend him for any trips to Kerala.
