Hotel booked for Munnar stay is located well before (10KM) the Munnar. When reached to the booked stay place we were asked to go 3 kms away from that place and so we are giving some other place to stay than the one that is booked. Allappey house boat stay is good. Not an excellent cab service, but it is good. Overall the vacation is good.

Houseboat staff was really good and helpful , food was amazing.. although houseboat condition could have been better , it needs improvement in terms of upkeep .. over all it was amazing trip and we loved every bit of it.

We have a good experiences with Travel triangle... All are went well. Only concern was that it was very rouse time and we were unable to visit any place in munnar. Apart from that we didn't face any issue from travel triangle agent or hotel or tempo traveller. Best memories we had in houseboat.. It was so cool and service was so friendly. We enjoyed a lot on house boat.. It was really a great experience.

The Trip was well planned by Fly Go. Boat House Stay & Site seeing were Awesome. Mr. Akhil (Driver) was very friendly & supportive. Had some issues with the Hotel River Tree. Hotel was good in terms of Infrastructure but it was lagging in Sevice 1) There was wifi in room as mentioned at time of booking. 2) No Channel were subscribed on TV. 3) Service from hotel staff was also not good. 4) Cafeteria on 3rd floor without lift makes it difficult for old people. Overall Trip experience was very good. One unique & supprise element was that Mr. Akshay from Flygo was always interacting with us & taking our feedback for any issues faced and tried to solved them. This was something unique which I haven't seen earlier.

The hotels that he selected were all very nice properties that fit perfectly in my budget with some special add ons thrown in.. The 3 sea tours had done a good job in arranging the entire trip. Guests pickup and drop was also given and it was good. The driver was very humble and very cooperative while travelling. The arrangement in house boat was excellent. It was my first experience in house boat and was very memorable. The elephant safari on the way to Munnar was very good. The stay in Munnar in Ayur green resort was also good though it was very far from the town. Just a few suggestions based on my experiences 1. Innova would be best suitable for 3+2 passenger. 2. Clear instructions to be given on any place where certain networks are not available like in the Mattupetty Dam area only BSNL network works. 3. Clear instructions on house boat regarding life jackets like the way it is explained in airplane.

We just moved to India and were planning our first trip. Our travel agent gave us a 3 star accommodation as a four star. The place was shabby and not even worth 3 star. That was a major turn off. The travel agent also booked us at two nights in diff places apart by 250 kms. Luckily we caught that last minute and forced them to change it. Costed us a ton of extra money. Aans Travel partner was a wrong choice. Being a platform travel triangle should ensure such things. They can improve on their customer connect and platform quality

After our trip, we felt that it wasn't worth for that much money particularly while off season in munnar. Regarding hotel, there wasn't much variety in food ( I'm saying because earlier I have stayed in another hotel which is located at the hot place of munnar, where I saw lot of varieties at low cost comparing to this hotel). I have asked for scenic stay but seven springs is not the one.
