Sugandha's 4 days trip to Kerala

I am happy with the complete arrangement and the package that was booked. The cab driver was also good. All the coordination was done by him which was very convenient. This shall be followed by all agencies as the vacation becomes quite comfortable. The only problem we faced was with the 'Princes de Munnar hotel. The stay was highly inconvenient and the hotel did not follow hygiene guidelines in food and beverage service. Food was served cold and kept as if it was kept for dogs. The staff was suffering from cough and cold and did not wear masks. They used their infected hands to touch food. Because of this, I caught the infection. The room had zero amenities, no hot kettle, no toiletries and no proper lighting. They served tea & coffee for breakfast which tasted the same and were full of sugar. Even the smallest of things like separate tea were not available in the hotel. Upon asking, the staff was rude and refused straight on the face. Other guests staying in the hotel had the same complaints. Also, they hardly had any staff. There were only 2 staff members doing everything. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would suggest you remove it from your list as well. Hope some action will be taken against this.

Happy with the arrangements and coordination from Travel Triangle side. The arrangements made by Travel Values, local agent, were very good particularly the Cab was good snd its Driver Mr. Muhammed has been very much helpful and excellent. One thing we were not happy was that: We asked for a hotel at Allepey and a House boat for few hours during the day time. What Travel Values has done was to book accommodation in a Resort on the outskirts of Kochi who provide a free boat ride for 2.5 hours, to and fro to the sea front from the resort. When asked about the difference Travel Values person tells that Travel Triangle did not inform. So, to have a House Boat experience we had to travel to Allepey next day and pay an additional amount at a Premium(last minute booking) and could not visit a single sight in Kochi. Blessing in in disguise though has been that the Kondai Lip Resort and Spa has turned out to be quite a nice place. B Drive to Munnar....Visit to Spice Garden.....and Time spent at Kondai Lip Resort and Spa at the outskirts of Kochi.

Hemanthmoram's 5 days trip to Kerala

It was a pleasant and joyful trip to Kerala with my family for 4 nights and 5 days. The trip was organized by Travel Triangle and booked the resorts. We stayed in Moonline resort in Munnar and Spice Lap in Thekkady and the stay was memorable. They assigned a vehicle throughout the trip. Here I would honestly say the driver/ guide who was with us, Mr. Amal (89075 38363), was accommodating, cheerful, and took the responsibility of taking us to the activities such as Kathakali, Kalaripayattu, elephant ride, and Jeep rides to sightseeing places. I would recommend every individual to see the nature of Kerala for a minimum of 6 days covering Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, and Cochin. Thanks to Travel Triangle and the driver Mr. Amal for making our trip memorable and joyful.

I booked the Trip through Nitin, who is in Postcard, he was always available, and the whole trip was awesome. View from Munnar resort was like heart taking ki bus "yahi ke hojayo." The houseboat experience was not good as the bedsheet was torn, insects were there, etc.

The hotel where we were accommodated was different from the one proposed in the tour schedule. However, the hotel and service were good but the location wasn't too great. Some of the places of sight seeing mentioned in the tour itinerary were not shown to us. But the cab was good and the chauffeur well mannered.

The trip went very well. The best part was the driver. He was so patient and was there all along the trip with giving any trouble. The only issue we had with was while booking flights tickets. We had trouble as they didn't book in time and the prices have raised. Rest everything was well and good.
