Kickstart your sightseeing tour with a short excursion

Begin your day with a sumptuous breakfast, after which you will be going on a short excursion to visit two of the most popular tourist spots – Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. After you have spent sufficient time exploring the places, you will be taken back to your hotel. If in case the Tsomgo Lake is closed due to landslide or any other reason, we will provide an alternative sightseeing spot. After such a beautiful excursion, get some sleep at the hotel.

Visit popular spots before reaching Lachen

As per this itinerary, today you will be visiting and staying in Lachen. After your breakfast, you will check-out and then you will be driven to Lachen. On the way, you will be taken to visit some popular tourist spots like Singhik View Point, Seven Sisters Waterfalls and Naga Waterfalls. Each of these spots is truly mesmerizing so do not forget to keep your camera handy so that you can capture some beautiful memories of this trip.

Take a break from all the sightseeing to enjoy a delicious lunch. By evening you will reach Lachen. Check-in to your hotel and sample delicious local dishes at the hotel for dinner. Enjoy a cozy and comfortable overnight stay.

Enjoy your drive to the beautiful Gurudongmar Lake before heading to Lachung

Post your yummy breakfast, it is time to go on a short excursion to the beautiful Gurudongmar Lake which is located at an altitude of 17,800 ft. To reach this beautiful lake, you will pass through Chopta Valley and Thangu. After your visit to the lake, you will be brought back to the hotel where you can have some lunch.

After your lunch, you will pack your bags and head to Lachung where you will be spending the night.

Visit one of the most beautiful valley of India – Yumthang

Wake up early in the morning for an excursion to one of India’s most beautiful valleys – Yumthang. This valley which is also known as the Valley of Flowers is absolutely breathtaking! During the summer season, you will find yaks happily grazing and lazing on these grounds. While returning, you will visit the famous spring which is known to have medicinal properties. After visiting the spring, return back to the hotel for a delicious lunch and then you will be taken back to Gangtok. Upon arrival at the hotel, check-in and sleep for the night to feel refreshed for the next day.

Enjoy a leisure drive from Gangtok to Darjeeling

As per the itinerary, your next destination is the stunning Darjeeling. After a lush breakfast at the hotel, check-out and get transferred to Darjeeling.

After arriving in Darjeeling, first check-in to your hotel, relax for some time and then spend the remaining part of the day exploring the surrounding places. We recommend you to visit the local markets or sample the local delicacies.

Head back to your room for a cozy and comfortable overnight stay.

A stunning sunrise view awaits you

Today, you will get to witness one of the most stunning sunrise views that you would have ever seen! Wake up early in the morning so that you can head to Tiger Hill from where you will get to watch the sun emerging from behind the majestic Mt. Khangchendzongha. Enjoy the view and the calm surroundings with your travel partners before making your way back. On the way to your hotel, you will be visiting the Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia Loop.

Apart from this, you will also be taken on a sightseeing tour of Darjeeling and you will be visiting different places such as the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre, Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple.
