Spend your day in the land of Gangadwara

On the first day, once you arrive at the Delhi railway station or the airport, get transferred to Haridwar. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. After all the check-in formalities, you will have time to freshen up and take some rest. During the evening, you will be taken around the city to visit temples and ashrams (Mansa Devi and Chamunda Devi) and later visit the Holy River Ganga to witness the Maha Aarti. After the aarti, you will be heading back to the hotel where you will be staying overnight.

Not a good experience. 1. No response or call back from travel triangle partner after multiple calls. 2. No bluetooth or aux cab in cab. 3. Many points missed- driver did not took the responsibility of showing all the points. 4. Driver adamant, discouraging to take to one of the points mentioned in the our itself. 5. Driver's driving skills were good but communication skills were very bad. 5. No generator during power cut in hotel shiv villas. Good points: 1. First hotel Urmi was great. 2.Driver's driving skills were good.

I had my trip booked by Krishna Holidays for Haridwar, Musoorie and Rishikesh. Services were good in the hotel except in Mussorie where i had to pay 2000 rs extra for having room heater in the rooms. Also this information was not told to me before so it came as a shock. Toilet was stinking bad, even after changing the rooms the situation was same. Whole night we had to keep exhaust fan running so that the room does not smell bad. Food was however good. No guide was provided for the trip and the driver was very rude and arrogant.. Most of the times he would not talk properly . None of the information about the places he said, he would just park the car and will ask to go and see the place by ourselves. No body was checking through out the trip. If we have some issue then i had to call my travel agent . She was helpful after reporting the issue but it would have been great if she was in constant touch keeping a track if everything is going well. Overall i would say my experience was not that great. the service could have been much better.

The driver Jeetu Bhai was very understanding and efficient. For traveller ' sake , it is better there is a clear communication between the driver and the agent. Also the agent should be more transparent with the travellers so as to not put them in difficult situation during the trip and jeopardize their fun time. Also I believe the agent should be accessible till the trip ends at whatever time the Traveller might need his help. The agency needs to work on that.
