      Booked the family trip to Dwarka. Trip was hassle free . Laid out good itenary for the whole trip. Driver was very friendly and our pick up and drop off were smooth.       Overall the trip planning was good. The hotels were good for family, especially the locations of hotel Apar in Diu and Hotel Grand Dwarka in Dwarka. The Daksh resort was slightly far from the Gir National forest entry gates. The driver tried to take shortcut via jungle road for our late afternoon safari and that almost had cost our safari as it was not at all a road. If the drivers are instructed to not to travel via uncharted roads, that will be good. The travel agent Mr. Vikash from Inland Tours was helpful. He was available over whatsapp, though reaching out to him over phone was a difficult. As, the driver was having misconceptions about the number of days of our trip and was stating that the Dwarka trip planning was not right and impossible, etc. I tried reaching the agent over phone but he wasn't available on that day, even though he replied via WhatsApp to wait for 15mins. We could connect only on next morning. If the dedicated agents are available for a considerable time (need not be 24 x 7) but at least during 10am to 6pm, that will be good. One final suggestion - as the trip travel is being done during the day and via car, it is necessary that the back glass panel should have sun proofing, else it becomes hot inside. Finally, thanks for the memorable trip. Your assistance made it successful.

      The trip was good. Took it from Travel Bae Holidays. Yash from Travel Bae was very supportive in handling all my queries, providing me with best quotations, revising and modifying as per requirement, He was also available on call during the trip for any issues that arose. All in all a great trip will recommend travel bae holidays to others as well. A bit disappointed in Travel Triangle as the designated trip manager didnot even bother to call me once or pick up my calls. Where as my experience with MMT was better in the sense that, before any 3rd party their guidance was there completely, which I found it missing here.

      Transport service was too bad. Not at all tourist friendly. The head of d tourist service was so so rude. He talks like some mafia. Very bad experience from d transport service. Driver was not at al punctual n stopped for break 5 to 6 times with his will during a single way trip. As a result we had to miss many spots dat we were supposed to cover. N on a 6 lane highway too he drove at 60-80 km/hr speed.
