first time planning a trip and I was very happy with tripsailer Agen they made everything easy for me and thanks for the travel traingle team, we family enjoyed the trip

Trip was not so pleasant because of the following reason: During the whole trip i did not receive even the single call from agent about my trip to know how is my trip going, And I have booked for deluxe houseboat rated 3 star but to my surprise the house boat which have been provided doesn't even deserve the 1 star, it was too dirty (have seen lizard & roaches on houseboat) and food was also pathetic. As per the itinerary which have been provided to me it was clearly written that it will take 3.5 hrs of journey from Munnar to Allepy but it took 7 hours because of that i boarded late on houseboat.

It was a wonderful trip to Kerala, well organised by Arha Holidays. Vouchers and cab details were provided in advance. We are totally satisfied with the accommodation and cab service. Seven Springs Plantation Resort at Munnar is an excellent place amid nature, we enjoyed our stay over there. The cab driver guided us to the best restaurants, food was very good. Totally it was a beautiful and memorable trip. Thank you Travel Triangle for making our trip plan easy and comfortable.

Overall trip is good and had memorial experience. Below is my feedback. 1. Hotel is good but no AC else fantastic. 2. Cab driver Mobin is fantastic and helping in nature. Good guide and cool in nature. 3. Private is not up to the expectations. no hot water. Food was excellent. Interior was not good. need to improve all the part.

The travel guide cum driver was excellent Mr. Rajagopal. We were disappointed with house boat, there were bed bugs and our kid was bitten, got rashes. The fan was not working in the boat. Apart from that, Munnar trip was amazing.

Good staff providing excellent service. *In wind munnar cottage provides excellent complementary breakfast and Paid dishes also good taste with reasonable rates. *Unfortunately houseboat under maintanance on that time so 4 Hrs delay, they convinced us to provide 3hrs extra, we refused becoz of our other plan is also in quee, good looking houseboat and nice staff, but bathing water is not so good(bad smell), Veg and chicken curry awesome but mentioned Fish fry not provided is small dissapointment. *Totally we enjoyed, thanks to Travel triangle and all of your partners. *nice plan *Friendly driver *Wind munnar -Good place for stay-Nice breakfast- excellent staff behaviour

I booked a package of 3 N & 4 D with Arha Holidays Pvt. Ltd to Munnar and Allepey Boat House.. Mr. Suneel was very prompt in sending us the correct quotation according to our budget... We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the Boat house.. He was in touch with us throughout the whole trip to see if everything was going on smoothly... The Vouchers were given on time and the driver details were given to me before I could start the tour... I would like to mention about the driver who was alloted for us for the whole tour... His name is Mr. Sanoj... From the beginning of the tour till the very end he was very kind. He went out of his way to help us in many ways.. In fact my kids got very attached to him and we felt like family. The love and care he shared with us was really genuine and my family really felt at home with him. He was very accommodative and seen to it that we had a good time there. Its no wonder he had many friends and I should say that even they helped out.. Especially when my daughter suddenly fell sick and had to be taken to the hospital to be given dripps.. Sanoj went out of his way to stay with my wife and daughter in the hospital till midnight even though he had a busy day to take us around the next day. His hours of work being only till 7pm. We are all very grateful indeed for his love and care during our stay. Even after the tour my children keep on talking about sanoj and our trip. Thanks to the team for not just arranging everything but for being so personally interested in our stay which we really enjoyed.

I appreciate the travel agents efforts to ensure the trip is smooth as I was getting regular calls to ensure the trip is going well. Overall happy with the services Houseboat in Alleppey was one of the best experience and wonderful memory of the trip

It was a good trip. Everything went on well as per the plan. The Cab driver (MrAmal) was perfect . He made this trip memorable. The Boat house stay and the staff were excellent.

The stay in Munnar was excellent. But boat house stay was very average. The staffs in boat house were good but boat was very old and rooms were not cleaned. The TT agent assured me of great experience but I was disappointed. Also the driver was not aware of roads and we were struggling for more than 1 hour just to find boat house location. The team arrangement for trip was ultimately fine , safe and enjoyable. The driver and resort every thing is fine and good . Thanks for the arrangement and everything

The hotel at Munnar was pretty good one, But for the houseboat, the people in the house boat were very rude. I travelled with family and an infant, but the captain of the house boat was very rude. While boarding the house boat they made the arrangements for carrying the luggages to the boat, but while the journey got over they left us on our own, the basic minimum we can accept to help us with luggage as we were with the kid and when you have anchored your boat at a far distance away from the road, instead he started speaking something in his native language and made it a scene there. To add the AC for 1 room stopped working in the night, for which I agree someone knocked the door at around night 12am or 1 am and the owner was justifying that they tried to inform us, now even if they would have informed us, they could not fix that or we cannot toss the entire nights sleep just making them to fix it as the kid was sleeping in the room. Also when I complained them the management started justifying the same. Also to add I was suppose to pay them 5k once the trip was over, to the driver as I went through the review and the owner upfront made the payment arrangement sayinghe will assign the best and hence we can pay 5k later to the driver if everything goes well. But the tour management were such that they started calling they driver and started pressuring us to pay, as they realised that we were not happy with the house boat arrangement, and I know they will deny now The Hotel at Munnar was really nice even the hospitality of the staff was overwhelming. Cheers to Rajesh, who tried all best possible to make the our stay comfortable.

The trip arrangement was good. Cab drivers were good. But many drivers were changed. However cab provided was not good. Hotel was good and it's services were also good. Boathouse could have been better. The boathouse was hot when stopped. TV was not working. AC is put on after 9 PM. 2nd Day at Munnar was awesome. Sightseeing at Munnar was very exciting..

Driver is quite most of the time when ever we ask any doubt. House boat is in poor condition though the service from crew was excellent. Agent communication after booking is not professional.

We look forward to get Travel triangle service once again in coming days.we had a great memory in kerala, all staffs of Travel triangle are helpful and professional.
