Hotel @munnar was not so good , it was also very far from munnar , hotel @thekkady was best in its category. Apleepey house boat was good but their were some timing constraints to switch on the AC which according to climate was not appropriate. And then kovlam hotel was average . Thekkady hotel ❤️

hotels and services were pretty good. but attitude of the driver was very bad. he was only taking us to some shops with which he had contacts. we were told that the car will be staying with us always, and being with a baby, it was essential that it always stays with us. But the driver was not at all co-operative and was getting irritated when asked to stay with the car for a longer period. He was constantly promoting the massage places and restaurants he had contacts with and discouraging us when we were trying to go some places of our choice. Also, it was understood that we were hiring the car for a fixed km. but even when total km was well below the limit, he was getting irritated and angry whenever we required a lottle detour. the driver ruined the essence of the trip for us.

We had a 6 nights stay which covered Munnar,Thekaddy and Alleypey. The driver was very knowledgeable and very patient. The choice of hotels was ok, not great. The agent did try to sort things out like food and accommodation when I was at the property though it wasn’t great. These were all 4 star equivalent, except for the boat stay in Alleypey. I was told it is deluxe, though the boat experience was the worst experience. I would expect the agent to have better knowledge of accommodation than me. Overall an average experience.

Hi, I have travelled with my husband n baby (2.5yo) in the month of july to kerala. We have tried travel triangle for the first time for our vacation planning, earlier i was scared and little bit worried to book from this site but when i had conversation with “sethi travels” (one of the agent from travel triangle), he convinced me through his communication n commitment. He was in touch with us throughout our vacation. He booked all the hotels n resort of our choices. We had an amazing stay in every hotel or resort. Even our taxi driver was so supportive, he cooperated very well throughout our journey. Thank you so much “Sethi travels” and nitin for making this trip very beautiful. We stayed in “niraamya retreats surta samudra,kovalam” for 2 days. On the very first day when we entered the room we were surprised to see a little plate decorated with cookies n name of my child written on it. After this sweet gesture, we received another little surprise on our check out day when whole team of this resort came to meet us with cake for our belated anniversary n my husband’s birthday. These small gestures by resort made us very delighted by their hospitality.

Good trip Athiripally water falls is good. Munnar is so nice and pleasant , we had jeep safari at early morning and love to see the sunrise point , echo point , Napier water falls. Kovalam beach is good. Kanyakumari boat ride is awesome , though it’s a short one but definitely every one enjoys it , since lot of waves and boat is like dancing and it gives a Wowww feel , sunset point and sunrise point here is great .

I feel that Liva is in good managing hotel management,he is lacking about sight seen which we exactly need that a adventure in place and location, which is completely miss out,In kerla we have to find out the adventure place which is far away in the itinerary although we have already inform what we needed. some forest adventure,tracking,jeep safari as well as time of any particular places of entry not known.liva must have a good knowledge of his surrounding and geography as well as places for which tourist are coming. every Travel agent must understand the need and interest of every tourist and then only he suggest the destination and sight seen of that area with thoroughly knowledge. i advise that Liva must have increase in local knowledge so that other tourist can get better experience. Hotel are extra ordinary and marvelous,The tree house in munnar is so beautiful and always is memorable.The cab cab driver is so gentlemen and cooperative with hindi knowledge.

It was a nice trip overall. only issue was with stay: 1. Allepey boat house was not that great, they took us a ride till 5.30 PM and in the morning the boat was started at 8.30 AM. 2. Kovalam (unwind hotels and resorts) - It does not look like a 3 star hotel (eg ambiance, basic things..etc). Staff was cooperative and food was tasty. Cab facility: Mr Jitin was friendly and helped us a lot in our trip. He has taken care of everything in our trip. My wife lost her handbag, thanks to Jitin he got it back through his contacts. Distance: Munnar to Thekkady to Allepey and to Trivandrum - distance is too much and we have to spend almost 24 hours in travel.

It was a great experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. I was traveling with elderly people and also a child. I must say that all the arrangements were done beautifully. The cab provided to us was big enough to adjust the luggage we were carrying. It was clean and very well maintained. We were picked up at Kochi airport by our Cab driver Sanoj who was extremely friendly and ensured that our trip was comfortable. He knew the locations like the back of his hand and also guided us with ticket booking through online channels so that we don't have to stand in line or miss the viewpoints. Thanks to him for being such a great guide. Also, I must thank Anshu and Ansh from Back2Travels & Travel Triangle that they took great care in customizing the trip for me & my family. I had a wonderful experience in Kerala in terms of place , travels but just want to add one suggestion. Please book hotels more carefully even if package includes 3 star hotels but there were much better hotels in Kovalam and Thekkady which were 3-star on same price with a slight variation. Because I have faced little issue with hotels only specially in Kovalam that they had only 10% of things which were mentioned in their menu and food taste service was below average. Rest all of the hotels we're good and our driver was very cooperative and sweet. Also Jipson coordinated very well during travel whenever required. Only bad part was Kovalam stay, I am disappointed with that. Houseboat was an awesome experience for me. I loved the service by all of the 3 staff on houseboat, they were really cooperative and sweet. Had a great time in Munnar stay i.e. lake n hills resort - their staff is also good and food was awesome. Overall had a great time in Kerala. Will try to come again for sure
