      Best things in trip - 1.Our travel agent Nitin's coordination and assistance throughout the trip. 2. Driver Arun, one of the best person from all our trip's driver. Very calm, patient and knowledgeable to guide the guest. Things to Improve 1. Cleanliness of houseboat room/toilets Worst things which needs to be changed immediately 1. Hotel Gopinivas grand @ Kanyakumari is a BIG NO to be offered to guests in terms of hygiene, service and hospitality.       Hotel @munnar was not so good , it was also very far from munnar , hotel @thekkady was best in its category. Apleepey house boat was good but their were some timing constraints to switch on the AC which according to climate was not appropriate. And then kovlam hotel was average . Thekkady hotel ❤️

      Overall experience with travel triangle is very good and they resolved all the problems which I faced. But their vendor bookitforgetit is not reliable and they messed up multiple things and I had to call travel triangle representative to get those solved. Good thing is that travel triangle representative was very responsive and solved all the things messed up by their vendor bookitforgetit.

Shree padmanabh swami temple is best temple do visit. all the accommodations were really good. One of them specially being unique too.       Hello Travel Triangle, We thank you for the services given for our Kerala Trip - 8th to 13th April 2023. It was nicely coordinated and there was no issue as such arised during entire trip.       1. House bout was not good, not cleaned and we got ant bites. There was humidity and AC started at 8pm . 2. Day 6 was suppose to visit pdmanabhaswamy temple, but I was not told that that won't be possible due to Pongal hence we have almost sit idle for 1 day. 3. Hotel woodnote was not good, it was clean but was very cozy was not like aadishakti. Fun park is good in munnar

      Good experience overall can't complain much as it was budget friendly package i selected call all hotel and confirm reservation is made before you travel to avoid any last minute hassle. Reached Alleppey came to know at hotel reservation desk there is no reservation though agent assisted us in getting another hotel. Confirm duty timing for the driver before finalize i was told that driver duty ends at 6pm you don't like to be on clock when on vecation
