After your arrival to Kandy, a beautiful city of Sri Lanka, check-in to the hotel, keep your luggage and get ready for the city tour of Kandy. At first, you will be taken to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Here, you can enjoy with these mighty creatures whom you will find playing, sunbathing and splashing the water. After this, we will take you to explore the city of Kandy, which is the second largest city in Sri Lanka and also one of the World Heritage Sites. Here, you will visit the Temple of Sacred Tooth Relic, which is a famous tourist spot in Sri Lanka. It is a Buddhist Temple and is a very important place religiously.

The water which is used to bath the relic, is said to have healing powers and it is distributed to everyone present in the temple at that time. Next, you will be taken to the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, which is a beautiful place full of thousands of orchids, flowering plants, medicinal plants, and palm trees. You can click man colourful pictures here as the place is very bright and vibrant. Next, we will pay our visit to the Gem Museum. Here, you will find all sorts of precious and semi-precious gemstones. Sri Lanka is famous for producing high class and fine quality gemstones of different colours which include red, green, white, and shades of blue. The first day of your 3 days trip to Sri Lanka ends with a traditional dance show after which you can escort to your hotel for a sound sleep.

After your transfer to Colombo, which is the largest city of Sri Lanka, you can have your breakfast after which you will be taken to Galle Face Green, which is a 12 acres urban park facing the ocean. The Galle Face beach is a beautiful and calm beach covered by tall towers and skyscrapers. You can enjoy the spectacular views of dawn and dusk from this point, visit the Galle Fort and enjoy the delicacies at the night market. After this, you will be taken to the Viharamahadevi Park, also known as Victoria Park, is the largest and the oldest park featuring a huge Buddha statue, flowering trees and a queue of water fountains which makes it a striking park to visit for the tourists.

Next to Viharamahadevi Park only, is the National Museum which is considered to be the largest museums in Sri Lanka. It holds historical importance as it showcases some of the most important historical objects that tell about the richness and culture of Sri Lanka. The most valuable crown and the throne of the Kandyan Monarchs can be seen here. Other places you will visit during your Colombo tour are twin towers of Colombo, Old Parliament Building, Fort District, Independence Hall at the Independence Square, and all prominent places of worship. You can shop your heart out at Odel, House of Fashion, Beverly Street, and Majestic City. After you are done shopping, we will drop you at your hotel for an overnight stay.
