Our driver, named Ateek, was excellent, displaying a courteous and amiable demeanor throughout the trip. Upon arrival, we were promptly provided with a SIM card, greatly facilitating our communication needs. The drivers were consistently punctual and offered valuable assistance throughout our journey.

When we landed at colombo, early in the morning around 3.00 AM, our driver was not provided any information from travel agent about our short stay near airport, which was mentioned in itinerary provided to us, later we got to know that travel agent didn't book the hotel only. Later after approx. 1 n half hour a very basic stay was arranged on the spot, understandable that stay was really short. Later our stay at Ella flower garden hotel was changed to another hotel in a very remote location and we were not informed about that, However hotel was pretty decent with good service, no complain with the stay there. Later to compensate this travel agent arranged free lunch at next destination on following day. Rest other things were pretty fine and smooth.

Hi, Firstly, wishing you a very happy new year :) ✨ Thank you for your assistance and support. All in all, it was a wonderful experience in Sri Lanka. Roshan, our driving assistant and guide, was a treat to go around with. The circuit we were able to customise was great - it helped us cover the places we wanted to, while also not having to check in and out every morning. Galle's charm left us longing for more. Since we did not stay there this time, we hope to be able to plan something short covering Galle, Yala, and Ella (because the weather and train tickets non-availability didn't help this time around) sometime in the future. The stays at Topaz (Kandy), Cinnamon Bey (Beruwala), and Radisson (Colombo) were great. However, maybe we could have worked on something better instead of Heaven Seven (Nuwara Eliya) - the room was okayish and the buffet was unexpectedly limited. Everything said, Sri Lanka's hospitality and warmth, in addition to your management/arrangements were quite impressive as we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Sri Lanka. The beach was not good to play... instead we could have stayed at bentota where beaches were good....also in Galle hotel should be somewhere near the market area or the fort...that area is beautiful We enjoyed Nuwara eliya... Loved Seeta Amman temple....boat Safari was also good

First off, for those of you who have not visit Sri Lanka, you should make plans to do so. Despite my family and I having vacationed in places like Japan, Switzerland and China where the landscapes can be breathe taking, Sri Lanka's took us by surprise. It's a beautiful country with incredible natural beauty filled with picturesque mountains, rivers and lakes and a people who are friendly and helpful. The tourism industry though, is still in its infancy, and standard of service has some ways to go. Despite paying for top-end hotels, we were shocked to find that many of them do not even have air-conditioning in the rooms. Although we made a conscious decision to select our own hotels, the tour agency was not even aware of the lack of air-conditioning in those facilities and did not advise us on it. So although TravelTriangle was useful in recommending several tour agencies for us to secure proposals from, the agencies themselves do little more than just provide barebone service focused on pricing. You will have to do a lot more homework on your own if you want to ensure an enjoyable visit and avoid surprises.

Excellent curation of itinerary and selection of hotels. Entire planning stage with Crimson Voyages was seamless and they accomodated multiple requests for changes/additions even to the last minute. Where they fell short was with local driver/guide. Experience with the driver was unpleasant and found behaviour to be occasionally rude, uncooperative and lacked enthusiasm to show/host well.

Hi, Travel guide from travel triangle has to be still more empathetic . Follow up by travel triangle is very poor. Should improve a lot. Travel agent from colombo, crimson voyages Nurshida had done to the best of her ability. Transport and driver was excellent. There were pitfalls in the hotels , but timely intervention by the agent was helpful. Review of the hotels will be given in the respective hotel websites. Overall the trip was excellent. Trip to ella in the local train, trekking to sigiriya rock and Adams peak , kandyan cultural show, Ramboda falls are the best memories and will linger in our mind.

We had booked a land only package through Travel Triangle & their Channel partner Udani Holidays for Sri Lanka. We booked for 5 Sr Citizen couples. They planned our itinerary exactly as per choice and preferences. Sri Lankan Natural beauty is exceptional. The sea beaches are very good. Sea water is very clear. The beauty of beaches increases when we travel from North Srilanka towards south. Galle beach and old colony superb. The country is still suffering from the prolonged ethnic violence and recent political disturbance. So development is very little. But this has added to the beauty as most of the nature remains un exploited and is still virgin. Upkeep of all hotels in budget range was not at par with other destinations and India. Service also is bit slow. Still it is very good compared to the cost. There are 5 Stars hotels also like Taj etc but these are very costly. In summary Ideal place for relaxing, clean budget package. Our contact at Travel Triangle was Miss Chetna and for Udani Mrs Harshini. Miss Chetna maintained regular coordination between us and Udani. This helped us fine tune our trip. Mrs Hansini provided us good hotels and very good transport. She responded immediately for our queries seamless There was last minute cancellation of 1 couple from our group. But travel triangle and udani contacts managed cancellation of hotels without any charges and that too during the last week of December. I would like to end the review special mention of our driver Mr Kalum for 7 nights,. He is a very good person and extremely satisfied . He was always punctual and well behaved. We felt comfortable with him.
