It was a wonderful trip overall and all the agents were approachable whenever needed. The trip was organised very well by Chirag and team. They were flexible with hotels and sight seeing spots. The driver was also very cooperative. The hotels were clean and most of the spots were covered. One suggestion would be to arrange for driver's stay and refreshment.

Hotel in Rishikesh was very good. The services were very nice and the staff was polite and helpful. On the contrary, Hotel in mussoorie was not very good. We faced problems staying there initially but was later shifted to another room due to recurring issues. Shivangi ji from Shiv Darshan was very helpful and they made the journey very smooth. She was ready to assist round the clock. Our cab driver Mr. Prince was a wonderful person.

I booked tour package for 6 days to Nainital, Rishikesh and Mussoorie from TripSailer. My booking was done by Jyoti Rawat. She was very helpful in finding me the perfect itinerary at the best price. The overall trip experience was very good. The hotel's which were provided were amazing. The driver - Mr. Rajeev Sood was very friendly guy and made sure that there was no issues during the trip. I would recommend trip sailer for anyone who wants to go on a trip to spend quality time.

Overall trip experience was poor .Before booking ,they provided us a schedule of online payments ,still we were receiving frequent calls regarding payment ,and also as it is mentioned for online payments ,they were asking for money on different account and with different payment mode .Before payment was done they were in continuous contact with us but once the trip was started ,our travel agent said she is no longer our point of contact and shared some other guy's number ,who was not picking the call from start to end of trip .Regarding hotels ,the bookings were not properly done due to which we faced several issues .Even though cab was booked but payment was not done .Overall ,there was huge difference between the number of calls we received for payment and the number of calls for customer support or help.

We booked for uttrakhand trip for my parents for 5 days. Its a great travel experience with Mountain Heavens travel agency and We want to give special thanks to our tour guide Tarun ji who was very caring towards my aged parents and also was a wonderful guide through out the entire journey. Best part is the behaviour of tour guid towards the travellers.

Before I was scared when I read reviews But in real things were different. Agent holiday fusion really gives good service. Thks to vaibhavi. Car driver sarik too good person. Very helpful . Hotel kalmla palace - ambiance is ok but service n food great. Hotel spring wood ambiance v nice but food not good. N not happy with service. It was a good experience to be with travel triangle. Driver showed us nice places

Overall the tour was good, but I have few concerns with the services offered to me. First of all with the hotels - Hotel in nainital (Earl's court) was great with excellent services, but the hotel in Mussorie (7 Oaks) was not as per my expectation level. Services were average and there was no buffet arrangement in dinner and also less number of food items were available. There was one broken handle of Almira in my room which I told to hotel to repair it twice, but no action was taken. Next coming to driver service, I would rate 3 out of 5 which means average. The driver drove rash at some places in the hill which I think is dangerous, also he was trying to avoid going to some places which were there in my package (he was telling that those places are not worth to visit), but somehow I managed to convince him to go to those places. At the same time our driver allowed us to visit Haridwar (Ganga ghat) while driving from Nainital to Mussorie which was not in my package, so special thanks to him for this service. Regarding services of travel agent (The Amazing Uthrakhand) I have faced an issue when I was checking out from Earl's court hotel (Nainital). In hotel reception when I was checking out, I was told that the payment is still due. When I tried to contact my travel agent none of their mentioned numbers were picking up my phone. After half an hour trying they picked up the phone and settled the issue with the hotel, which actually wasted my time and caused me mental tension. 1) Going to Dhanaulti from Mussorie was a great experience especially the snow laid on the way both sides. Superb scenic beauty of the hills. 2) Visiting Haridwar on the way to Mussorie though was not included in my package. Special thanks to our driver. 3) Marketing in Nainital mall road.

We stayed in 3 hotels during our trip to Dehradun, Mussoorie and Rishikesh. The hotel suggestions we got were satisfied with Dehradun and Mussoorie. But the hotel in rishikesh is worst. There are cockroaches in bed, bathroom is not neat. It looks very cheap. One bad experience remains in your mind for a long time. Please take care what you are suggesting.

The agents helped with the bookings and the driver assigned was also very good. The hotel was slightly far from the Mall road but it adds the fun to trip to walk around mussoorie and admire its real beauty and calmness. The trip was amazing it was slightly expensive but other than that it was nice. I would recommend trip sailer for bookings if you can get slightly lesser prices in future. Rest of it was amazing and it was great trip.
