As per our communication I have informed you that I have paid Rs. 3000/- to cab driver and it's also informed to travel agent North India tour and travels (Mr. Neeraj) and they informed me that they will refund. Kindly make arrangements from your end also for refund of Rs. 3000/- to my account . Account details shared with North India tour and travels (Mr. Neeraj). Best memories : All sight seeing Manali, Dalhosie. Bad memories : Dropping to Delhi airport from Dalhosie cab driver has diverted route which took nearly 15hours for dropping his friend to Ambala in our private cab and if he has taken Correct as per Google Maps we would have reached Delhi in time with in 10hours and due to bad weather conditions flights were delayed so I got flight otherwise I would have missed flight.

Programme became hectic due to cancellation of my flight to chandigah. It is better to have a cab which can pick up from ambala or chandigarh station so that at least travel in cab continuously for 15 hours can be reduced. You may please accordingly arrange for the future travellers. else, it is ok with the package regards ramanathan

A saga of unmanaged adventure, lets go day by day Day1- As per itinerary supposed to get picked in Innova but reached Lodgy at our door steps and that too driver came from Chandigarh so already drained with 5 hours journey Day2- Driver insisted on seeing Manikaran on the way although we were tired and clearly told us he won't show again, also we had city tour but driver was too tired to take us and we stayed in hotel Day 3- in our voucher it was nowhere mentioned that we have to pay extra for Rohtang, but yeah we paid 7000 for the trip and while we were told driver will pick us from hotel, he did not come and we have to drive to him Day 4 - reached 2nd hotel, they were clueless about our arrival, and cannot describe most humiliating scene happened there Day5- Driver Shifted us in Ritz from Ambala as he had to pick someone else next day So overall sucked at every step

Good travel booking experience. Only problem is that there is communication gap between Travel Agent and CAB agent and CAB driver. I think you should have put one con-call between Tourist , you, Tour Agent & CAB booking Agent and have to made clear about tour plan. That way you can put very clear and hassle free tour to your customer. We got 4 CAB & 4 drivers during the tour. From Ambala to Shimla picked by one driver (Mr. Ankit) Good person(Few hour only). Shimla Side seen by (Mr. Subhs Thakur) very good person. (one Day) Shimla to Manalai to Manikaran to Dharamshala & side seen to Delhousie & side seen (CAB Driver Mr. Sandeep Thakur) Very good person.(5 days) Delhousie to Amritsar (CAB Driver Mr. Naagi) Good person. (one Day) Overall good experience with some hiccups. Very good person Mr. Bunty from TANISH Tour, very good person & while talking & didnot got panic after getting daily calls from Me for arrangements. Operation team is very good and talking calls after office hours also say about 9 or 10 PM in late night. 1. Very good hotel @ Shimla ( Hotel Karla INN) food is also very good, only problem is that it is located very far from Mall road 3 KM. 2. Hotel @ Manali is very very outside (Hotel Rockland INN) , but Room are very good. (didn't taken food Becaus of VEG & Non-Veg) 3. Hotel @ Dharamshala (Hotel Vakratund) , Room & Food is good (got Prue Veg hotel) 4. Hotel @ Dellhousie (Holiday Inn), good room & Hotel owner is very kind person. 5. Hotel @ Amritsar (The Queeen) , good Room. I suggest Please book hotels within 1 KM of the main place like Mall road @ Shimla, Manali. Thank you & Regards, Mahesh Lad

They convince you by saying that they are himachal specialists as they are local. Companies from delhi wont know much about Himachal. However, I dint find anything extra ordinary in the trip. I went to Himachal 15 years back as a kid through an Ahmedabad based travel agent. North INdia travels made me see the same spots one more time. Nothing extra ordinary as they say.. Everyone should avoid Shimla as a whole. Nothing extra ordinary to see. Not even suitable for good photos. The staff in Shimla hotel was not welcoming. They were behaving as if they are doing something great for us. Rooms were not as awesome as it looked in photos. Food was good although We stayed in Manali for three nights. Hotel was good. liked it but again you come to hill station to enjoy the view. Here we were taken to temples and couple of museums.. Dint find it amazing as they say. I wanted my trip to start from Pathankot but agent told me to start from Ambala or Delhi. Because of that the road travel increased by 300 kms. My wife got ill due to so much of road travel on hill roads. We cut shorted our trip and so so so happy to be back at home. Might not recommend Northindia to anyone..
