How to reach

By Flight- If it is your budget, you can take a flight from Delhi to Kathmandu and will take about an hour and a half to reach your destination.

By Train- A much more affordable way to reach Kathmandu from Delhi is via train. First you need to reach Gorakhpur by train and then take a bus or a shared jeep to the border in Sunauli and then take a bus to Kathmandu from Bhairahawa

By Road- A direct bus service from Delhi to Kathmandu was started in 2014, which departs daily from the Ambedkar Stadium Bus Terminal at 10 am. It takes around 30 hours to reach Kathmandu via bus.

You can also enter Nepal through another border at Banbasa in Uttarakhand. It is the quickest way from Delhi to Kathmandu by road. However, public transport in this route is not easily available so a private car would be easier.
