I had a good trip, but expected better quality hotel at Guwahati for the price I paid. Driver Mr Barua was extremely helpful and that made our trip worthwhile.

I had a great trip and enjoyed it. The sightseeing, planning, car and itinerary was awesome. Sohra Plaza was great, but the hotels at shillong and Guwahati could have been better...... All in all a memorable experience.....

every thing was fine. but the driver left us at the airport at 15.05 hour for my flight living Guwahati at 19.30 hours. It was really unwelcome and unfortunate

Trip was good as planned. Due to miscommunication inspite of telling my travel and hotel stays the booking was missed at Guwahati and I landed up paying 2000 more which is totally not acceptable on smitas part. Good pls communicate more.

EC hotel in Shillong was very good. Brahmaputra residency in guwahati is an average hotel. They don't have to let roll in bathroom and not provided saying it is not available. Shora plaza was OK but staff was good and helping. Driver was good well behaved. Thanks

It was good experience of our visit to Meghalaya and Guwahati.. we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Majestic and the sight seeing arrange by Himavat Travels was excellent and worth for money.. we had overall very good experience during our 6 days tour to Meghalaya.

The customised travel package to Shillong-Guwahati provided by Mr.Dipankar of Yes Tourism was fantastic.The driver(Mr.Abdul)and the vehicle provided for the trip was efficient.Had a great travel experience on the whole. Dawki River

Siang explorer gave us a good quote for a trip to Guwahati, Shilllong, Cherapunjee, and Kaziranaga. They were prompt in resolving any issues we faced and with requests we had. I would definitely recommend them for a trip to the North East.

Gangtok hotel was awesome but Darjeeling hotel was not as we expected. Darjeeling hotel was not good

1st time planned trip on own.luckily with help of travel triangle had a perfect way to select the destination.As expected the services all are very good..Darjeeling rope car is maintenance we not able to experience those... I had planned namchi apart from the tour package..the place is excellent... Gangtok had nice place to spend time and took some good photographs...

Sikkim is the best place to visit for honeymoon or nature lovers. Visited two places Pelling, Ravangla. Rabdanse ruins in pelling is the best place for a couple to walk around 2.5 kms inside the dense forest to view the monuments. And Shiva Mandir in Namchi. These two places are most memorable. Apart from that we got many a places Khanchenjanga waterfalls, view point from old helipad, Sacred Lake,Buddha monastery etc. One of the best hill destinations in India to visit. Trip cost is affordable rate with them.If you like don't go for default packages, explore the place and customize it. Had a great time for 3 nights N 4 days. I will explore North sikkim lachen & lachung after an year or so soon !!

It was my first trip managed by travel agency. Here are some highlights from the trip: • The reception was good at Bagdogra and travel to Darjeeling was smooth. The driver understood my needs and journey was pleasant. (wanted to take few halts and drive at slower speeds – it was well carried out by driver :) ) • Reached the hotel in Darjeeling – This was one of the parts of trip which I did not like. The hotel looked like an average place although it might’ve been one of the good hotels in Darjeeling!! The reason for which I’m stating this point – one keeps the expectation when he pays some price for the trip. Hence the expectation needs to be set correctly. Maybe with set of pictures/videos/localities. This will help the person understand the place of stay. The reasoning should not come after the negative feedback; instead it should be corrected beforehand. • The service of hotel at Darjeeling was also not up to the mark (was far better in Gangtok and I feel the pricing of hotels might have been similar !!). I had to run up to the reception several times (which was one floor up) for any assistance as the intercom was not working. Many times no one was available at reception which made it worse. • The local sightseeing and co-ordination was good. Would like to mention again – the driver understood my needs and sightseeing was smooth. • I moved to Gangtok on day 3 and the car was available on time – transfer to Gangtok was pretty cool. Checked in the hotel. Hotel was good and service was also good :). Was happy to see better service and quality of rooms. It was somewhat in sync with my expectation. • Again local sightseeing was good. Was a very nice experience :). • Day 4 started with some problems. My booking was for Innova/Xylo/Scorpio for all the travel however I was told to take non-AC Bolero for the trip to Changu-lake as the pre-arranged vehicle had some problems. Had some small arguments with the co-ordinator/driver as I wanted an AC vehicle. I required the AC vehicle because my wife had problems with smell of Diesel/dust particles – hence I wanted all the window to be closed and AC/Heater being operated so as to maintain appropriate temperature. It was completely misunderstood by driver/co-ordinator and they kept insisting that temperature is fine outside so AC is not required, so non-AC cab is absolutely fine !! After complaining to the local co-ordinator, another cab was arranged after 45 minutes of wait; thankfully it was a good clean cab (Innova). Again I faced similar problems and had to make several attempts to make the driver understand my actual problem. I came to know one thing – how difficult it is to explain something to a person with a prior mind-set. Finally the driver understood my point and then the trip went fine. The point of explaining this issue is – one should understand the requirement of customer and drivers should be trained/instructed to at least listen to what the person is saying. Also, there should be some backup plan if pre-arranged vehicle is not available for any reason. Another point to make – The pre-arranged vehicle for this change lake trip (which was faulty and could not go ahead) was in pretty bad condition. The switches/seats/accessories were not up to the standard at all !! (either broken or damaged). All the vehicles provided in the trip were very good except this one; this makes a bad impression even after all the good things done. One more suggestion – The agency can provide an option for photographer as well. I wanted to have one but could not get it :( I would rate this trip as GOOD taking all the things in consideration. Few hiccups were there which can be avoided with better planning. Also, the person should be well informed about place of stay during the trip as this is also very important part of the trip I feel. I hope this suggestion/feedback would help to serve better in next trip. Cheers Abhay Krishna

The interesting thing with TT was that we could get more quotes and I got three of them and customized the quote as per my requirement. I found it very useful. Also TT managed it well regarding payments, intimating travel agency. Thanks a lot TT & Travel Agency ( Indigo Holidays ). Thanks for arranging a wonderful trip of Gangtok Pelling and Darjeeling. We were a group of 8 people with a mixture of senior citizens. Right from we reaching Bagdogra airport on 29th oct 2014 to dropping us on 5th Nov 2014... our all necessities were nicely taken care of. Hotels and conveyance too were great. I would like to mention that Norbhu Ghang hotel in Pelling and Viceroy in Darjeeling were awesome. I would recommend Mr. Lamba to all my friends and relatives who would like to visit Northeast. Dear All, Had been to gangtok and pelling for my honeymoon 13.05.15 to 18.05.15. The trip was nicely arranged. Booked via Travel Sahayog. The Agent is courteous and the trip was nicely arranged. The cars for local travel though not top of the class were comfortable and the drivers were also very polite. The Hotel accommodation was satisfactory except in MAYA INN. Please do not take the delux room there. Whenever planning keep 2 days for local site seeing in gangtok. if possible include lachung in your trip. As per my estimate at least 10 day trip should be planned. Overall the trip was nice. Baba Samadhi was the highlight of the trip. And if travelling to sikkim please keep in mind that the roads are not that good.

They are very cooperative and professional with 24 hour round the clock assistance.

The experience of travelling to baba mandir-nathula pass-Tsmogo lake was very bad and same compalined to you with seperate mail and message on your tweeter account. From the second day of tour the representative of tour advisor insisited for extra payment per kids. With tiring of their repeated request and pressure, finaly we paid extra amount of Rs.1000/- in cash. Parking fee is inclusive but we have paid it at every end. The travel traingle customer care number is not working and also we have not received response to our complaint except one acknowlegment mail. Rest is ok. Overall experience is in the grading of 10 point is 7.

Everything was very well arranged. We were amazed we will be so well treated at such a reasonable price!

We six people from Mysore had booked for a trip through Travel triangle & Trip Sailor for Gangrok, Nathula Pass, Gurdongmar, Zero point & other places along the route. we had a nice trip. our Travel Traingle coordinator was Mr. Anees & Ms Vijaya from Trip Sailor. we had wonderful stay & Trip because of them. we had very good stay in Lindasy Himalayan heights at Gangtok, staff was polite & very hospitable. in fact i had left my bag with valuable things in reception when going to lachen but the manager Mr. aditya kept the bag safely for me & return it when i came back at the end of my journey after three days. our driver Mr. shyam was very co ordial & took extra care of us at all places. fortunately we were able to see all the places we had planned & bit extra too . our vehicle coordinator used to call us every evening & send us next days vehicle & driver details & every body was very punctual Ms Vijaya was in contact touch with us through out our trip & arranged every thing very neatly without any glitch. I thank Travel Triangle & Trip Sailor for arranging an economical & fine trip for us

When u guys take as 5 day package complete the days properly by showing Vry important n beautiful location don't waste 2 days It ws my sudden decision to choose u guys but I'm satisfied by room n cab service not with covering places..in five days wat we saw was Vry less

Since we hv to travel a lot so it was a tiresome tour. Hotel at Gangtok was very good but food was not good. At Yuma hotel, thete were insects inside. But food was excellent. Drover Raj and other driver in Darjeeling were very helpful. You need to give extra time in hotels to take rest otherwise बहुत थकाने वाला tour था.

Gave us a Great trip even though we are new for traveling. On reaching Bagdogra airport, tour coordinator and driver welcomed us with traditional clothing, chocolates and itinerary. Went to Darjeeling, our driver was also very understanding, covered all view points there, as per our convenience. Hotel, amenities, food were great and staff are very cooperative. Hotel had even live music also. Then went to Gangtok, as per expectations..., hotel in Gangtok was also AWESOME....With its spectacular view of Kanchenjunga. For 3 days, we got 3 drivers, all of them were very good, covered all view points there. All this is because of NISHANTH, thanks buddy...... for calling us daily, reminding tomorrow's itinerary ... Kept updating us.....Great dude....... I had a sense of gratitude for you buddy..... Thanks for making our trip memorable......

Overall experience are good, Driver was very nice to us. Trip was very budget friendly. Our trip went awesome, experience was great and memorable, and our drivers are also very entertaining and nice person { thanks to M. B Ji, Nitin, abhinay, and Sameer ji our drivers} thanks to trip to hills.
