This trip has been nothing short of AMAZING! I must thank our pilot/driver Subba and guide Tenzin, they have been like a family and were very hospitable, friendly, Engaging and Knowledgeable. I had specifically asked for 4 star properties and was quoted amount for the same. Lemon Tree thimpu is a 3 star property as per google and other major websites and Lemon Tree manager also said it is a 3 star property. Valley Travels passes it off as a 4 star Property. In Paro we were changed from Tashi Namgay, a 4 star property to tiger's Nest at the last minute. Tiger's Nest is a very old Property without proper plumbing and very far off from Airport as well as city center.

I recently had an trip to Singapore with my family. I want to share my experience. The itinerary was well-organized and allowed me to explore some of the top attractions in the city. Special thanks to Ms Pooja Rajput , my travel agent, for organizing such a nice and memorable trip. She helped us to customise our package and was very helpful starting from package reservations to execute the itenary in Singapore with real time support on calls and messages for each pick-up, trip, event scheduled for our Itenary in Singapore. I highly recommend her services to anyone planning a visit.

We booked our 7-day Bhutan trip with Green Zone Destination through Travel Triangle. Mr. Gyam Sir from Green Zone curated a wonderful itinerary which covered all the important places and suiting our needs. The hotels were very comfortable and accessible to the main market as we wanted. Gyam Sir not only was there in planning this itinerary but was also always was in touch and made sure we were comfortable during our entire trip which was a great gesture from his side. We are very thankful to him for that. Our guide who was with us throughout the trip, Mr. Jigme Tenzin Sir was a very knowledgable and a friendly person. His vast knowledge helped us in knowing about the Bhutanese culture and tradition. He was extremely helpful during our hike to the Tiger Nest understanding our pace and motivating us to complete our hike successfully. He also took care of an elderly person who was travelling with us at every place and we are very grateful to him for that. Mr. Roshan, our driver was also very punctual and experienced and we were comfortably reaching our destination right on time covering all places. The overall tour experience was good. The cab driver was polite, punctual, and guided us well throughout the trip. The hotel stay was comfortable; however, we were not provided with the balcony room as per our reservation. Although the issue was resolved the next day, such matters should ideally be addressed by the travel agent immediately to avoid inconvenience. Looking forward to better coordination in future trips.

The experience with the tour operator was extremely smooth. They met the requirement as was requested. Also the discussion on the hotel properties was informative. Unlike other operators they did not show any resistance in booking properties not suggested by them but requested by me. The driver and car arranged was also cooperative. The tour guide was also well natured and accompanied us at all places. I will recommend the tour operator for Bhutan trips. Park Hotel in Phuentsholing is not recommended for stay as the breakfast has very limited menu and the mils served is just milk powder in hot milk. They do not have a medical kit in case of any medical emergencies which is very probable as it is a hilly region. The wifi is extremely slow that you can maybe use whatsapp just for chat. Tiger Nest resort does not have a good approach road and also the food service is slow. Post Card Dewa is highly recommended property if it fits your budget. Extremely cordial staff and the chef there is skilled. The food will be catered to your needs. The property is beautiful.

Did not enjoy the hotel in phuket. The service was bad and breakfast was terrible. While the entire trip was planned well, the phi phi island tour was a downfall. It was badly planned and the end of the tours which was engaged. Also the travel agent did a good job of planning and coordinating with me but she was not clear about the cost break ups with me Enjoyed the tiger kingdom and the dolphin shown in phuket.

Awesome absolutely First class tour. Best part was out tour guide Mr Sonam J . He guided us like our family member. Apart from short coming of diesel vehicle as I had childrens with me rest things were in right place. The iternary was perfect. Food was awesome in hotels , all hotels were were good and clean. We enjoyed our tour and we are thankfully to Kng and Traveltriangle for doing perfectly. FOR me and my daughter Tigers nest was best. For my wife it was Thimpu and my son enjoyed Takin reserve also loved feeding Takin. It was indeed memorable tour

Overall the trip was good, but some small issues were there like - 1.The hotel at Thimpu, Lemon tree resort make us wait for 1 hour to complete checkin process and didn’t able to provide us the wifi access , which was frustrating. 2.The hotel at Paro tshongdu boutique, had smelly washroom. 3.And most importantly, travel triangle charges convenience fee of 300 per person and all the payment modes have extra charges except for the NEFT.
