Thanks to TT platform to help me choose the right travel partner for my bali trip with family, we had a great time.

All was good. The hotels provided were clean and worth the money. The staff was very courteous. The cab was clean . It would be better if to such places we have the local drivers...that's would be easier for all. The travel agent was excellent.

Overall very good experience. All things went as per planned itenary.

Excellent driver which took us the way we asked for. Very humble man.. Munnar waterfalls was magical which was suggested from our can driver

1. App experience was bad.. i couldnt signin/login into ios app. i had to stick to browsing via chrome 2. Travel agent did the hotel bookings a day prior which was not expected, although they tried to fix the issue later on. communication could have been better
