Our recent vacation planned through TravelTriangle had its highs and lows, with Agent Gaurav Sharma shining bright amidst some disappointments. Firstly, let me highlight the commendable service provided by Gaurav Sharma. He meticulously organized our trip to Lonavala, Khandal, Panchgani, and Mahabaleshwar, ensuring our preferences were met and our journey smooth. Gaurav's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident through his regular follow-ups and genuine concern for our well-being throughout the trip. However, our experience with the hotel in Lonavala, Aureole Mrida - A Boutique Hotel, was far from satisfactory. The initial room assigned to us was plagued with issues – from a leaking washbasin to an overall foul odor. Gaurav promptly intervened, helping us relocate to a better room. Yet, the disappointment persisted as the breakfast served the next morning was below par, with stale breads being served, much to our dismay. The unapproachable and indifferent attitude of the hotel staff further added to our dissatisfaction. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, and I hope TravelTriangle takes note of this feedback seriously. Thankfully, our experience improved drastically upon reaching Panchgani. The Blizzard Resort not only offered a beautiful setting but also boasted a team of helpful and cooperative staff. From delicious food to impeccable hygiene standards, every aspect of our stay was delightful. Special mention to Prashant and Abhishek, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The opportunity to pluck strawberries from the nearby farm added an extra charm to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. In conclusion, while our journey with TravelTriangle was marked by highs and lows, Gaurav Sharma's exceptional service and the delightful experience at Blizzard Resort salvaged our vacation. However, attention must be paid to addressing the shortcomings encountered, particularly with hotel selections, to ensure a consistently satisfying experience for travelers.

Through Travel Triangle I have experienced one of the best travel experience and trip recently(Mumbai- Mahabaleshwar- Panchgani-Mumbai). Travel triangle has quite affordable trip packages that are extremely customisable, the coordination and communication on their behalf is also excellent. The overall experience was too good to be true. I would recommend this to everyone and I am myself looking forward to more such travel experiences with Travel Triangle. Special mention to manager Ms. Nidhi Singh for kind and continuos coordination, detailed customisations in accordance to all requirements. Heartfelt thanks to the trip guide Mr. Wasim Pathan who started the trip at 4:30 in the morning, according to the plan, was very polite and guided us to all the popular tourist spots. Overall Good Service. Unique Table land at Panchgani excursion needs to be arranged by tour operator as it is not reliable and safe for customers watch themselves. We missed to see such vast and beautiful area. Better to make an arrangement by operators. Mahabaleshwar view points are mesmerising.

It was memoriable trip i must say, loved it, had great time in Mahabaleshwar. Best memories will include horse riding, wonderful Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani sceneries and most important strawberries , had lot of them

We chose Your Hotel Stay for our Mahabaleswar-Panchgani trip. Our trip began from Saturday morning. On Saturday we went around various places in Mahabaleswar. The elephant head point and the Shiv temple is something I would love to recommend. Just a walk away from Shiv temple is an archeological site which should not be missed. On this site there is a Shiv ling belong which Krishna river is flowing. The next day we went to Wai and this was recommended by driver. I will recommend this place. It is an unexplored tourist destination. The place is very cheap for boat rides and water sports. One must visit Dhom Dam for the nature's beauty and water sports. Wai also has a Ganesh temple. On the same day we went to Panchgani which has various points. I will suggest Table Top point where one can go and checkout tiger caves. Thanks to the driver's suggestion we got to see the beautiful town named Wai. People who are planning Mahabaleswar-Panchgani trip should also include Wai in the list. Our stay arrangements were made at West Hill hotel. The hotel is neat and clean. Hotel staff is courteous and polite. Only problem is that there is no lift and the restaurant is at 3rd floor. On weekends they play live music. The singer is really good. However I will suggest that the singer should interact more with audience and if requests are given then he should sing them sportingly A visit to Wai

Our first hotel Zip by spree spine was good in ambience. But, their restaurant was under repair and food was not available. They suggested us to order food from Swiggy. Our second hotel room was initially not having enough of space for our family. Later on room was changed on our request. The difference amount paid by me and it was refunded by agent afterwards. The third hotel 'Treebo Hillway inn' worst in condition. Location is very poor. Too small a room and bathroom exactly opposite to bed and we were unable to close the door as it was swollen. No curtain is provided. We were not given option for choosing from other rooms. But the dood was very good in this hotel. Sightseeing was good in Mahabaleshwar. Driver was very good and cooperative. Mahabaleshwar sightseeing at all points. Especially we felt very happy to see waterfalls and lion's point and Elephant point. Finally we have ended with great plateau land Panchgani. It was superb and awesome.
