Houseboat kumarakom, sapphire club cherai these hotels , we had a poor experience . In houseboat you said they will give us ride of 5-6 hours but they gave us ride of only two hours . And meals were also bad . In sapphire club cherai . The bathroom pipeline was a type of chok up and the room service was very poor . You should give us more nice hotels according to 3-4 star ratings Hotel elephant route was a good experience . The room was also neat and clean . The hotel was also very near from the main point . In April, I went on an 11-day trip with my family, visiting Kolkata, Assam, and Meghalaya. The first three days in Kolkata were organized by me, while the remaining seven days were part of a package I booked through Travel Triangle via UNEXPLORED. During the planning stage, I found it challenging to choose a package since Travel Triangle offered three different quotes, all of which had quite similar itineraries and minor price differences. Ultimately, I made a hasty decision to go with the cheaper option. On the day I made my final choice, .I was approached by SIZRA KHAN from UNEXPLORED TRIP, and she requested a few minutes of my time to explain the details of the trip. I listened to her and was impressed with the clarity of her explanation, but the price remained on the higher side. However, after some negotiation, she offered a small discount and promised exceptional service throughout the trip. She delivered on her promise, as her selection of hotels and resorts was simply exquisite and classy. I was completely satisfied with my stay, which far exceeded the accommodations I had booked for myself in Kolkata. The highlight of the trip was Mr. Abdul, our cab driver; he was incredibly patient and cooperative throughout the entire journey and had no complaints at all.I had a fantastic family vacation that included my two young children, aged 6 and 4. Once again, I extend my gratitude to Unexplored and SIZRA KHAN for assisting me in organizing the bills, even a month after our trip to suit my needs, making it a memorable experience. This was our first-ever trip with Travel Triangle, and overall, it was a great experience! Everything was well-organized and smooth. The only disappointment was missing out on the Toy Train ride in Darjeeling. Unfortunately, we weren't aware that the tickets needed to be booked in advance, and no one informed us about it. We usually rely on our travel partner to guide us on such things, especially when prior bookings are required. It would be helpful if information about experiences like the Toy Train, cable car, or other popular activities needing advance online booking was communicated beforehand. This would help avoid last-minute issues and ensure a smoother experience. That being said, everything else about the trip was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed it. We will definitely book through this partner again in the future!

Clarifying these in advance or including them in the package would help future travelers. Similarly, sharing day-wise programs with detailed cost breakdowns (e.g., train tickets) would improve planning. Itinerary Communication: Providing a more detailed schedule (e.g., attraction entry times, fee lists) would enhance the experience. Request: Given the issues with the third hotel and unused train tickets, we kindly ask for a refund or credit for these. This would reflect your commitment to customer satisfaction. Also as agreed by your team return off $80 towards train arrangement which was cancelled due to local strike. Please note we lost $200 during the trip which was unexpected. Thank you again for the beautiful moments and your responsiveness throughout. We’d love to recommend your services with these refinements in place.
