Jammu tawi is the nearest railway station which is at a distance of 700 Km from Leh. This railway station is connected to most of the main cities of India. By road, Manali to Leh road is the best option to reach Leh from Delhi. Even government and private buses run on this route often.

ad proper communication with the drivers should have established earlier so that our choice of places to visit could have been more clear and well informed so that they would have planned accordingly. All though not much of suggestions, but since Ladakh is a region were mobile network is very limited or NO Access to service, proper instructions should have been given to the drivers and the hotels pre-booked of our arrival and departures. Hope people reading this understand it and properly plan for the future bookings.
