Wake up to a scrumptious breakfast and get ready for a half-day city tour. You will be covering a lot of attractions through this city tour. First, you will visit the King’s Palace for a photo stop, then will be driven to the National Mosque followed by the Moorish style Railway Station and the Lake Gardens. Then, a photo stop at Independence Square, one of the most photographed places in Malaysia. Then, drive through to the oldest part of the city and explore the National Monument (for a photo stop). Moving forward, visit the Petronas Twin Towers for a photo stop after which you will visit the Chocolate Boutique. Then, enjoy a photo stop at KL Tower and end the tour with a drop off at the Pavillion Shopping Mall. Here, you can opt to be driven back to the hotel at the moment or can opt to stay and then return on your own. End this day as you head back to your hotel with a relaxing night’s sleep.

1. Hotel charged us additionally for early check in and there were no room available in the category we booked. So we had to upgrade room by paying extra. It added cost to our trip than what we expected. 2. Timing was not as per the itinerary. 3. The agent was not helpful when there was a change in flight timings by the airline. They were not even reachable. They did not communicate the change in flight time though they had received the communication via email from the airlines. We had to rush to the airline counter and request to the change flight . 4. Communication was difficult with the drivers

Package wasn't planned well as in the schedule did not cover many spots we had to do it on our own by hiring a driver there !! We had faced a technical issue regarding MDAC but the agent din't cater the issue well with us and was not available on call fr a half day which got us all messed up before the travel !! Hotel was so complicated and surprised they had two single cots for family booking and was not ready to even join the bedspace!! Breakfast was just okay !! Drivers nor the hotels were not kids friendly at all !! Overall efforts were okay !!

Everything went well with the trip. The pick up for all sight seeing yours was on time and the pick up driver was very friendly. We I fact got a Tamil speaking driver which was so convenient. She helped us with all the sites and attractions in our leisure time apart from the tours mentioned in the package. Overall our experience was very good. Langkawi is such a beautiful place. We went to Chennai beach, cable car, sky bridge and many other attractions. The one thing I didn’t like was the cab was available till evening 6 only and we had to pay a huge fare for a vehicle which was too big for us (arranged by the driver) on one evening beyond 6 pm. It was unnecessary and we paid a huge fare for the van just for 2 people. It was not our mistake that no other vehicle was available. Why should we pay for the big vehicle? Other than that everything was fine. Better suggestions for restaurants could have been provided. Could have included a complimentary photo shoot which makes the package a lot more attractive. I went to Malaysia trip. Rocking trip has organized my package for hotel and other amenities apart from flights. It was really good. Service providers was great. Just the one thing I didn't like is that airport drop was just 4 hours before flight which is very risky. As according to international flight we have to reach 2:30 hours before flight timing n we reached 2 hours before but luckily I was able to check in. I would recommend to take private ride to airport atleast 5 hours before flight as it's 40 kms from airport. Hope to take another foreign trip with them with some improvements.

For Indians suggest SUNWAY PUTRA, break fast will have lot many Indian verities. Your travel adviser suggested in terms of business but not to make travellers joy. Example :- 1. Travel advise not suggested for sky desk in KP tower. 2. Dropping and picking was not proper. I had very bad experience, SUNWAY LOOGN is a full day trip and to cover fully it will take a day but my driver dropped me at 11:30 and picked up at 5:00PM I see some other Travel had dropped at 10 and picked at 6 PM. I don't know why your travel services not taking so serious about your customer happiness...
