Ooty is a great hill station to visit in the month of April, as the weather is clement. It was a pleasant stay in hotel Darshan, the staff is very good and kind. The lake view is amazing every morning. Just to note that it is a veg hotel. Our cab driver was well aware of all the sightseeing places and also completely guided us for our Ooty tour. Thank you for providing us the best hotel and driver for our trip. I would like to suggest that the driver should be informed by the travel agent about the last minute changes in the itinerary, also the travel agent should be aware of the time to reach the sightseeing places post arrival and checkin to the hotel. It was an amazing trip arranged, all the sightseeing places (Pykara falls, pykara dam boating, botanical garden, rose garden, Sim's park, lamb's rock, tea factory, etc..) we visited were wonderful and memorable.

Travel agent at end told one of location to be visited was not in package.. but it was there in itenary.. Ooty coordinator asked extra money for mudumalai tiger reserve, but it's already included in package.. after too much argument .. finally I visited the place without any extra money... I request travel triangle to care of these issues and make visit smooth to tourists. Food and hotel was good.. Hotel was well maintained..

Providing the contacts of some travel agencies and reminding the customers for timely payment after the booking should not be the only job for Travel Triangle. I regret to tell that after getting some positive feedback from my colleagues I decided to go with Travel Triangle for booking my trip, but it is very frustrating to see that they have no on-trip customer support and synchronization with the Travel agencies. My Trip advisor was not available on weekends when I was on trip and after informing the same to the customer care, no alternate person contacted me for 2 days. And on the next Monday, my trip advisor contacted me and asked when will I pay the final installment of my trip, she didn't have the clue that I had been trying to contact her since 2 days which was urgent and didn't even know that I already paid the rest of the amount on trip to the driver, which clearly shows the lack of synchronization between Travel Triangle and the Agency. My sincere suggestion for the management to improve the on trip customer support because only money will not make you one of the biggest online travel giant in India.

Hotels in both locations are 4 star. ROOPA ELITE - MYSORE. This hotel was next level. The room was excellent and the service was good. Enjoyed thoroughly in the hotel. Hotel DARSHAN - OOTY In hotel darsha , Lake view rim had been provided. The hotel is good but food is not upto the mark. He has arranged a nice cab. Our chauffeur(vijay) is excellent. He was very polite and friendly. Thanks mahesh for arranging chauffeur who can speak Telugu. A huge thanks to mahesh and team for making the trip wonderful.
