      FAQs for Rajasthan

How much does a trip to Rajasthan cost?

The cost of a Rajasthan vacation would depend upon how many days you spend there, and what sort of accommodation choices you make. For a Rajasthan trip for 4 days, you might have to pay between INR 8,000 to INR 10,000.

How can I cover Rajasthan in 4 days?

For a 3 night 4 days Rajasthan tour itinerary, you must plan a trip accordingly. On day 1, you can check out the exquisite markets of Jodhpur or spend time chilling in the hotel. On day 2, you will be travelling to Jaisalmer wherein you can check out Gadisar lake and Sonar Quila on the way. On day 3, you can either spend time sightseeing in Jaisalmer or go for camel safari and desert camping. On day 4, you can explore the hotspots of Jaisalmer, before going back home. Your Rajasthan itinerary for 4 days will cover all the famous spots of the city.

How many days are enough in Rajasthan?

In order to tour Rajasthan extensively, covering most attractions and spending a couple of days at leisure, you need to spend at least 3 to 4 days here. It will still be jam-packed with popular things to do and famous places to see, but it will be well worth the effort, such as the beauty, culture and luxury of Rajasthan.

What to do in Jaisalmer on a leisure day?

Apart from the heritage monuments in Jaisalmer, there are several small temples that date back to hundreds of years. These are a must-visit, along with the vibrant marketplaces.

What is the appropriate clothing to carry on a Rajasthan Tour package?

The weather in Jaipur is generally sultry so one is advised to carry light cotton clothing which is airy and comfortable. One is also advised to carry a reliable pair of footwear as the sightseeing is all on foot.

What is the best time to visit Jaisalmer?

November to March is the perfect time to visit Jaisalmer, since it constitutes the winter season, when the weather is pleasant. It tends to get very hot in Jaisalmer, especially during April to August, and thus tourists tend to avoid these months. September to October is the monsoon season, but the city doesn't receive much rainfall, but the weather does get a little humid.

We booked a 3N/4D trip to jodhpur & jaisalmer with Sarang holidays. It was a very last minute decision and we really did not want to spend time &energy into booking & research by ourselves. But Sarang holidays did all of it for us and how? Everything was handled seamlessly and we hardly had anything to complain about. From stay to sightseeing and everything in between, we were taken care of very well. Thank you Sarang holidays for this wonderful experience. Looking forward to more trips with you.

Trip was very good...Hotel and camp selection from nisha was perfect. Kashmir holiday travels provided good rate too. I have only one complain that too with travel triangle, no one from their team was concerned about if my trip ended well or safely. Travel triangle should atleast call between and after the trip. They are concerned only before the booking, as soon as the booking is confirmed no one from their team is going to contact you.

Hotel Kuchaman Haveli was good but not its location. Hotel Sohandeep was not good at all amenities and services vise. Bhati desert camp was comfortable, good entertainment but not good food delivery. The cab driver was more of a driver less of a guide. Overall, enjoyed the trip. We had a very good and well planned trip to Rajasthan through the Travel triangle. The service provided by their travel agent was good. They were approachable at any point of time. The vehicle given to us was too good and we enjoyed the trip as we had to spend a lot of time in travel. Our trip was Bangalore to Jodhpur to Jaisalmer to Jaipur via Pushkar. The stay was also arranged well. Only at Pushkar we faced some difficulty as we reached there at 2am and the hotel person was not responding. Nevertheless within an hour we were able to check in. Thanks a lot to Preeti for all the co-ordination. The morning spent at the desert in Jaisalmer with all the activities- the camel ride, jeep safari, the bike that took us through the sand dunes was definitely an exciting experience and the para gliding.

The 1st hotel (kuchman haveli) was not worth for the amount that i had paid for. I requested for a clean bead sheet, they said sir you have to collect it from the reception as the staff was sleeping. The room was full of misquotes, broken tap. Location was too congested. In the cam, the bed sheet and the blanket were smelling soo bad as if they were not changed after multiple guest stay. It was not changed even after requesting. Over all not worth the price paid. Desert safari, jaislmer stay and tour.

Hotels was good and rooms were neat and clean but the quality of food is not up to the mark as expected.Rest all are good in hotel and nearby to the market where I can get food easily near by hotel. Jaisalmer was superb place for this time to visit and in sand dunes sun rise and sunset both have different view to enjoy . Sonar quila is also beautiful . And local market near by patwaon ki haveli is very cheap and good to shop local Rajasthan famous things .
