I went to a family trip to Dubai, doing all the bookings from World Travel Destination through Travel Triangle. The Sales person guided me well and made remarkably well efforts to plan the whole trip. The only issue due to which I'm giving a neutral rating is because of the mess that arouse due to taxi from hotel to airport while returning. The taxi person whose contact was given denied of any bookings and another cab driver's number was given , he too denied, this kept on happening until the fourth driver who finally dropped us to the airport but we were late by 1.5 hours and there were chances of missing the flight. The reason given to us was due to sudden rain, but it seemed as a lack of management in the end. Rest everything was good and would look forward for more bookings through World Travel Destination.

It was a nice experience and well planned trip by Bhramanti tourism. Hotel was good .drivers were very punctual and well behaved. Dessert safari arrangements were also on point. Only negative thing which disappointed us was Dhow cruise. We wer told by ppl in dubai that ther is this marina cruise which is way better than this Dhow cruise but this wasn't told to us earlier. Overall., I would say, the experience was good and I would recommend Bhramanti travels to family n frnds.

1. Travel agent can provide more details while trip planning. Scenario - our arrival was at 7am and hotel checkin time was 12PM , we had to waited long and we had also trip scheduled for 9am for the same day.. But as per itinerary, Airport pickup >> Hotel Drop >> Trip pickup So i’m not sure how can we start our trip without checkin hotel?? Such a poor planning by a travel agent. 2. No support over the call or message by travel agent during trip. I was like reaching out them but no response at all. After multiple escalations only they communicated (which a down side for us and impacted on whole trip) 3. No proper communication between travel agents and cab drivers . Had to face huge inconvenience due to that .

Day 1 : cruise dinner was worst.All items were cold, none of the food was hot served.Very disappointed on 1st day Day 2: Dubai city tour and Desert saffari were good but again dinner was not up to mark. Day 3 : Abu Dhabi tour went very well Day 4 : burj khalifa and around places ,it was good And most importantly about hotel, citymax is good hotel but the rooms are very very small , cant keep more than 2 suitcase.Disappointed with stay.

The Hotel location provided by the agent was so bad, that we couldn't get food outside the premises. We already specified that we are travelling with one child & one infant. So the food availability near the hotel should be the priority. Also we had to spend lot of money in travelling with personal cab in entire trip. All specific instructions were given to all the coordinators. Still it got unheard. Its a very poor approach to the customers. I am not at all satisfied with the Hotel. Due to that, we had suffer with unnecessary extra expenses. I expect a call from the concern team to discuss the same. I want a proper explanation.

There are few positives and negatives, we thing need to improve.. Early hotel Check-in in not given by hotel even thou rooms are available... they are ready to give room if i pay 140 AED for next 3 hours... Dinner quality is need to improve at Desert safari except BBQ chicken.. Other services are good especially Cab drivers are good enough..

Thank you Mr. Areeb for cordinating the transfers. We didn't have to worry regarding the transportation because every thing was spot on. We were received and dropped by Mr. Mujhid who was spot on. Mr. Quasim Ali was friendly and very informative during our sightseeing and I would give him a 5 star service. Mr. Abed with his off-road driving skills made our adrenaline pumping. And once again thank you Mr. Areeb for making our vacation a memorable one. Thank you Miss. Jhanvi for helping us plan this wonderful vacation and everything was spot on as per the itinerary. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the food at the camp site. None of us liked it. Anyway once again thank you so much for your patience as we had to make a lot of changes to the itinerary from the start.
