Second day of your Bali vacation starts with a refreshing breakfast at the resort hotel. Fill yourself and then head for a day of sightseeing in Bali. You will be taken on a full day Barong Kintamani tour. The tour has enroute stops at Singapadu Village, Madu Pertiwi Agro Tourism and Kintamani Volcano. Exploring the best of Bali

Crystal Bay hotel was good. Buana Bali hotel was a bad experience. A/C and TV wasn’t working. Limited breakfast. The driver Putu was good. However wasn’t flexible with the itenary. The food as part of the package was really bad. One star for food.

Hotels were excellent. Pick up and drop facilities were best. Only one thing that I want to change that regarding to the activities including water sports and places of visiting in nearby area need to be told in details while the time of booking. I was told only for 3 water sports activity but there was many activities and their prices was very very high. These things must be cleared at the time of booking. I think the hotel & location selection was very good! So thanks for the recommendation. The hotel and the room was very nice. And it was not too far away from Ubud centre or generally other things in Bali. Yet it had a secluded feeling and an AMAZING view overlooking the rainforest and river below! The rooms have started to show their age a bit though. As for the itenarary, the best location was the Tibumana Waterfall. Even the sunrise trek was very nice, which can be easily swapped for a car tour if people don't like trekking. Tanah Lot temple was closed when we reached because of the high tide so it's important to time this visit properly. Over all the trip was Excellent.

We had a horrible experience in both the hotels we stayed. 1. Ramada Sunset road Kuta - Our room was connected to another room and it's door was inside our room. We could listen all the noise of guys staying in that connected room. AC was leaking and water droplets were dropping continuously. 2. Amaroosa Suite Bali - All the equipments in the room, all of sudden the jet spray pipe was broken and water was leaking heavily while we were outside for dinner. Whole floor was flooded with water as a result when we entered the room unknowingly my wife's leg slipped and fell down heavily. We are still paying the bills for physiotherapy because of this issue. Our driver Krishna from Indo Jaya travels (local agency) was very good and his service-support was outstanding. He was friendly, flexible and supportive throughout our trip.
