I have planned Kerala tour for my parents, I can say that they are 100% satisfied with the service provide by Namaskaram travels and travel triangle, this is my second tour through travel triangle and both has been awesome.....highly recommend. All which are included in itenary are awesome, but one can skip jungle keep safari at Thekkady as it's not worth , instead elephant ride can be taken, rest all spots are must visit

We had a last minute planning to Kerala trip and accidently we encountered TravelTriangle through which we got the best quote and clear communication while choosing the travel agency of Banjara. We booked a 5days 4 nights trip from Kochi to Kochi with them. Starting from Munnar, Thekkady, Allepey for houseboat and then last day Kochi. Banjara Travel's agent Rehjal was honest in his communication and checked with us from time to time for any hiccups in the journey. Though one of the stays rather homestays in Thekkady -> CurlyWoods was just okayish. Cab driver assigned by them was good which made our trip memorable, because he's the person who was there with us on all 5 days.

Overall, the trip was very good, but there were some issues with the accommodations. The hotels in Munnar could be improved, especially in terms of hygiene. The TV was recharged upon request but had limited channels. The Alleppey houseboat lacked toiletries, and the room's AC was only available from 9 PM to 6 AM. Additionally, there was no option to add other destinations to the itinerary. Services of cab and driver was excellent

Overall experience was good. Room provided at Munnar may have been upgraded to a better one but hotels at other places were good. Customer support from Nameskar was excellent and Vinit was always there for any kind of support. The only thing which needs improvement was cab service.

Trip was good. Didn’t exactly go as per the itinerary. As many options were mentioned in it but as the time was limited couldn’t explore more. Also certain places have network issues like the national park in Munnar. N ticket booking is accepted only via the e-ticket kiosk for which we wasted almost an hour trying to do the bookings. Their wi - fi there never worked. If the trip advisor could Inform travelers in advance which network works well specially in Munnar then may b the travellers could arrange for a sim before hand. Also there is an option for ticket booking for the wild life boating online. But not all travelers r aware of the same. That could b also informed so that the tickets can be booked Atleast 1 day in advance. Overall experience was satisfactory.. also the waterfalls in summer r dry. This is not mentioned to the travellers so sight seeing to these places r not worth it. Something better can be planned instead Have taken back some good memories from the trip. The back water house boat experience was good. The boat had wooden carvings.. our driver also was very cooperative n took good care of us during the trip. Would recommend the same driver to more passengers travelling in the future.

Overall experience was very good especially last day stay in resort. But there can be better coordination between travel agent and transporter like I changed my itinerary and share with travel agent before booking she said ok but driver was not aware of it due to which I have to skip some places to visit which were in my package I paid extra for this but got nothing and in last day schedule candid photoshoot was included in package but when I asked for it in resort they were not aware of it and said they do not provide this kind of facility. So travel agent charged me extra for few changes but didn't get anything. Inspite of these things overall experience was very good.

The quotation shared initially was completely revised and increased the overall package cost saying that the house boats costs are increased. I would request the travel companies to share an honest quote from the beginning itself. Driver was very good and professional. Faced hot water issue at hotel in Alleppey.

It was a good experience that could have been great if some things were improved. 1. The Cab was not in great condition it has more than 227000 km on the odometer. Making various noises and rattling sounds. On the 5th Nov evening, we asked the driver to drop us at some restaurant he refused to say some maintenance work with the car. He offered to send an auto but if the car was in good condition that could be been avoided. 2. The cab driver stopped at a few restaurants where the food we did not like, they try to stop at restaurants where they get commission or free food. 3. The room given in Palmgrove Resort has mold and moisture on all walls and it was smelling damp. After a huge argument with the Travel agent, they agreed to change the room. 4. The hotel Mountain Hues was 45 minutes away from Thekkady town, we had to travel 1.5 hours extra to see the Periyar Tiger reserve and other activities, it could have been better if the hotel was near to the town. 5. The travel agent before booking the package made many tall claims. They have a huge collection of Hotels and Resorts and if we were not satisfied they would change the room or hotel, but when I complained they started taking in a different tone. The Namaskaram travel agent Vineet started shouting and talking in a threatening tone which I did not like. I too raised my voice to convey my concerns. Once we fully pay the package amount there is no leverage for customers like us to get better service or hotel rooms or take refund on the services which we did not like. Munnar Aranyaka resort was great.
