Our Kerala trip was one of the most memorable event in our life. Tripster's agent Kuldeep was ready to help us at any time and provided information at right time. Our cab driver Shafeer is very good driver at ghotroads. Hotels are very nice and worth for the money. Thanks to Travel triangle. I am submitting this feedback again because I mentioned cab driver name wrong earlier. Driver Shafeer ji is very good person, even he took care of our kid sometimes because some places my kid didn't want to get down from the car. Munnar claimate and Revertree munnar hotel view are amazing. Alleppy boat stay and food in the boat house was very very nice. We missed the Cherai beach due to bad weather. That was the only disappointment. Rest of the things were very good.

I had recently booked a family trip to Munnar from SK Holidays. Take my word, don't go by the number of reviews they have or the rating they have. Just book with them. The officials are extremely helpful. Both Khushbu and Shobit have been very helpful in arranging and planning the entire trip very well. The package and quote they provide is the best compared to all other agents. Everything was arranged perfectly. Definitely allow SK Holidays to plan your trip. They are too good. Thanks again to Khushbu and Shobit :)

My Kerala tour for 4 nights and 5 days plan made by travel triangle was excellent and worth for money. Kerala Tour Plan(associate partner of Travel triangle) given excellent package and Hotels arranged for stay was worthful and cost effective. Especially vehicle driver(Mr. Girish kumar) arranged for our entire trip was so kind and made our trip delightful. Will refer my friends and family for the same in near future.

Go for Great Indian Vacation. No hassles, everything was booked and ready as promised. Quality driver, did not utter a word unnecessarily, very quiet and highly professional. The Lake View Resort at Munnar was excellent for a family vacation and Villa Vista at Cochin greeted us with homely atmosphere at star hotels quality.

Just finished my much-awaited Kerala Trip covering Kochi, Munnar, Thekkadi and Alleppey on a positive note. As every trip there are good things and things which can be improved. I would like to share my experience and feedback for Comfort Destination Pvt Ltd with a big thanks. Highlights – Flights tickets suggested and arranged as per the trip plan to avoid wait time. Resort booked at Munnar (Aranyaka Resorts) provided the kind of scenic beauty I was looking for along with lip smacking food. The houseboat experience was awesome. Captain and Cook extended all their support and make us feel at home. I must say the food served in the boat is to die for. All items prepared as per taste. Fish fry and Chicken curry will be in the tastebuds for quite some time. Stay at Kochi, just one word – WOW. Cherai Beach Resort is right in front of beach and gives you opportunity to experience the nature at its best. Things which could have been done better – Hotel at Thekkady (Woodnote) was good but could have been better as I didn’t like the location as well as food. Houseboat was quite old with maintenance required. A neater and cleaner Houseboat would have made our Alleppey experience best. The biggest challenge I had is with Cab Driver. This is the one thing which once gone wrong can spoil your entire trip and mood. I was in the same state at the last day of my trip. Sightseeing included places which were closed or not in action (like waterfalls) should have been called out in the plan. Driver should also inform this upfront rather than waiting for us to ask about the places. Lesson Learnt – Clearly understand the terms and conditions for the cab and driver – like KM limits, operating timings, how flexible they are to accommodate your special request occasionally beyond their operating hours. What if you have special places to visit not included in the attractions etc. Na

Hotel Castle Rock was bad: noisy, highly used towels, unclean room; though they tried to help. Bamboo Dale treehouse was good but not on a tree, less food options at breakfast and dinner. Houseboat was very hot, somewhat better due to the AC. The cook took good care, though. Driver could have covered the schedule better. The last 2 days, he was late and hurried us through. Biju was helpful.

The cab and the driver were nice , cooperative, punctual and trustworthy. Hotels were good locations were nice. Food was ok not great. Thekkady hotel was good but it was very far away from tiger reserve. 20 km. So it took us half an hour to reach ticket window. We didn't get the tickets for the tiger reserve boat ride. So we missed the main purpose of going there. Travel agent had no information about the availability of online tickets. As most of the tickets were booked online and we were disappointed that we could not get the boat ride. We had ample time before the trip to book the tickets online but could not get proper information from the travel agent. Felt sorry for kids as they were most disappointed. Houseboat was a good experience. Though it was a shared boat with 3 more families with us. Food was good and cleanliness in room and toilet was OK Cochin visit was good. But we visited the Navy museum which was very nice but the driver suggested it it was not there in our ieternary. Off-road Jeep Safari in Munnar.

The worst experience in this tour was our stay in Bethal Varkis. It was very bad choice. I have no words to criticize this. Starting from very poor staff service (we were waiting for TV remote up to time we left this hotel despite of reminders… and finally we tired and let it go), very bad dinner food experience, this has very bad location (Being far away from Munnar swept away our all precious time. This consumed 2 hour in morning and 2 hour in evening every day. And from Munnar we need to come to Bethal Varkis before 7.00PM every day because of wild elephant zone in between). After check-out from this hotel, it took 8hr reaching Alleppey (including on way breakfast and big road jam) and this again spoiled our tour on next destination i.e. Houseboat (Because we checked-in in alleppey at 5:00PM and this was the closure time of boat riding, so we stayed onto a stagnant boat throughout night). In nut-shell, booking with this hotel ruined our all tour itinery and derailed all plans. So please please please never book with this hotel, Bethal Varkis. The good thing in our tour was Cab Driver. The way he did his job is really appreciable. Somehow he managed to make us feel good by extra compensatory sight seen and valuable guidance. Atlas Airport Hotel in Cochin was very good choice. Sightseen in Munnar were breathtaking and awesome. The staff at Houseboat in alleppey was very nice. Very delicious food and friendly captain needs appreciation.
