Travel agent customized as per my needs, adjusting Hotels. Trip was good and memorable. Driver was punctual, covered all the places. However there were 2 things which were not upto the mark. Driver didn't know Hindi and had very limited knowledge of English, so there was communication barrier. Kovalam was planned on Monday, on which some tourist places are closed. The process could have been smooth like the driver should be informed about itenary beforehand. We were visiting Tamil Nadu for the first time so driver should be assigned someone who can talk hindi or english, we were unable to communicate hence had lots of confusion. We booked Madurai Kanyakumari Rameshwaram package. Overall experience was ok. The iternary shared to our driver wss different than that what we had so it happened twice that we had to back and forth with the agent and driver on iternary to provided. Also iternary was not created considering the timings of the temples or palaces which is a very basic thing the agent should consider. Experience with the driver was also not that good. Hotels were selected by us so not faced any issues there.

Over-all it's a perfect and very safe trip.. Initially tried with local agent in home town and in Chennai and it was not meeting the expectations and they said it's very peak holiday seasons and difficult meet the requirements... However once tried with Travel Triangle and TripSailor, everything went smooth and successfully we completed our holiday trip in Kerala.... Except the hotel accommodation in Kovalam, everything is superb and for Kovalam hotel also TripSailor representative Alia confirmed with me prior to booking and we decided based on the feedback from Google which is terribly failed, otherwise everything is perfect and completely met our expectations. Elixir Cliff at Varkala and Vagoman Green Hill Estates are excellent and will try to visit again.
