Shraddha's 6 days trip to Rajasthan

We recently had an incredible trip to Rajasthan planned through Back to Holidays, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. A special thanks to Preeti from their team, who organized everything flawlessly. From the beginning, Preeti guided us with great recommendations, especially when it came to hotels. She assured us to trust her choices, and we are so glad we did! The hotels were amazing, with excellent rooms, great service, and delicious food. The vehicle arranged for our travel was comfortable, and our driver was extremely polite and professional. Throughout the trip, Preeti was always available whenever we needed any assistance, making sure everything went smoothly. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the desert camp. It was an unforgettable experience, and we are so thankful to Preeti for recommending it. Everything about it was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I traveled with my family(with 2.5 year old and senior citizen), and we all absolutely loved the entire journey. My parents were especially happy and had a wonderful time without a single complaint. This trip was a truly memorable one, and we highly recommend Preeti from Back to Holidays for a well-planned, stress-free vacation. Thank you, Preeti, and the team for making this trip so special!

I registered for the Rajasthan Trip for 5N/6D covering Jaipur(2N), Jodhpur (1N) and Jaisalmer (2N) in the TT website in the month of December for the family tour (4-members). Though, there were a few hiccups, overall experience was memorable and satisfactory. The TT agent (Ms.Himanshi, Doodle Holidays) is so generous and helpful right from the tour planning to the execution. She has been quick in responding to calls, took prompt action and did the needful throughout the whole trip. Hotel rooms (premium rooms with extra bed) provided (VOnePride@Jaipur, Chandra Inn@Jodhpur, Rojani Resort and the Elite Castle@Jaisalmer) are good. The best ones were the Chandra Inn and Rojani Resort. If I have to comment any that will be towards the betterment of the transport service. I feel that the TT agents shall seek for drivers details name, photo, rating etc) from the assisting transport agency, and share to the tourists before the trip commencement. This will aid the tourist to know who is arriving and accompanying them in the tour. This will further aid in avoiding the intermittent driver changeovers and uncomfort to tourists. I feel that TT shall instruct their respective tour assisting transport agency to inform intermittent driver changeovers if any immediately and convey the same with the tourists, but not vice- versa. Also shall ensure, whether the transport agency has shared the tour itinerary with their assigned drivers. These things can be improved, with a little extra effort by the TT agents. I appreciate Ms Himanshi's efforts in this aspect in stopping the intermittent driver changeovers and retaining the same cab and driver throughout the journey. Visit to Amer Fort, City Palace, Albert Hall Museum, Gulab Ghar (personal choice), Jaswant Thada, Mehrangarh fort, stat at Sam Sand Dunes, Jaisalmer fort, Patwon ki haveli, etc.

We booked a 6 days and 5 nights trip to Rajasthan from MY OWN JOURNEY Except on day 1 , Hotels provided are good enough room size are big However for rest of the days there was no confirmation from travel agent which hotel to stay. Note: we booked the package almost 3 months prior to trip. Still on travel day there was no assurance where we will be staying. TRAVEL AGENT SHOULD HAVE PROVIDE CONFIRMATION IN ADVANCE Otherwise hotel stay was good. Vehicle / driver - vehicle we hot is clean and in very good condition. However I felt the driver little bit arrogant In one instance, he refused to dropped us at restaurants for dinner and we have few seniors citizens with us moreover the restaurant was hardly within 1km range So that thing I didn't like. Overall the trip went well Thanks My Own Journey team.

The first hotel we were allocated was terrible. But Tripwala folks helped us in upgrading it quickly. Mr Chirag was always available and responsive. Rest of the tour was fine. Rajasthan still has a long way to go before being a good tourist destination, its very dirty, good food is not easy to get and literally everyone is trying to fleece you Stay at Jaipur Sheraton, Jaipur Fort was good too,

I choose Riva Holidays for my trip to Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer and it was a nice experience. Kapil ji gave me a good itinerary and coordinated well throughout the trip. The hotel options were good, and the Desert experience was a memorable one. We had some issues with the car driver on day 3 of our trip, but Kapil ji was prompt to address that and resolved the issue with a new driver within one hour. That was helpful. The new driver Mr. Hemant Choudary was very friendly and guided us well. My only suggestion to Kapil ji would be to choose his driver team with caution, as the driver in these trips is a very important factor for customer experience and safety. I would recommend Riva Holidays for anyone looking for a planned trip to Rajasthan. Thanks.

Overall Trip experience is very nice and Family is enjoyed a lot. Riva Holidays planning is really good. Thank you Kapil for your suggestions, follow ups. one unique thing which i observed here is, they are not money minded. Cab service is really good, clean and comfortable to my family and driver is on time.. The only suggestion is to have Hotels in city will be helpful for guests for different food options. otherwise we need to stick to what Hotel provide.

The hotel rooms were good in jaipur and Udaipur but the one allotted in Jodhpur was not upto mark. The cab and driver allotted were very good. It would have been good if we were allowed to make slight additions or deletions from the itinerary plan during local sightseeing The grandeur of Mehrangarh fort was spellbinding and so was the location and views of Amber fort in jaipur
