Hello.The overall trip was good.The driver who has been assigned to us for Days 1,2,4,5,6 was too coperative and friendly but i was completely disappointed with the driver who has been assigned for Day 3 Nusa Penida Island trip he was in too hurry and was not interested to even click pics for us.Also we were quiet disappointed with the private pool villa i, e Bhumi linggah i had a huge expectation by seeing the pics and reviews but the villa provided to us was not satisfactory the bathroom was smelling alot..I have informed you priorly many times that i need a better one to be provided but i couldnt get the better one for stay..

I would suggest confirming with the client before booking the hotel in case the preferred hotel is not available. We were also told that we would go for a place at sunset but that did not happen. Should have informed in the quote if it was not feasible in the first place.

Thanks for making Bali trip memorable. We stayed in 2 hotels during the course of 5 days. The driver(Putu Dharma) allocated to us was very good. He was always smiling and happy to take us more places that were not even the part of itinerary. Although we struggled to have good food quality during the course of the trip in the hotels. There was no option of Veg food in the hotels so we have to relay on outside hotels even for breakfast. Candle light dinner was very bad, it has to improved. We had asked for Veg Indian food especially at the time of itinerary but it was not given. First they gave us the non-veg food, that had ruined our evening as my wife is pure veg and they had given us Fish in starters, even before eating I asked for the confirmation that is veg or not, first they said it was veg when we had eaten they came and said it was Fish, that had ruined our evening. After waiting for another 15-20 mins they came with veg food that was also not good, every dish was so sweet that we can't eat anything. We had to go empty stomach that evening. Same thing happen next evening we had to go cruse, there was no option of veg dishes there too. Sometimes we have to rely French fries and Spring roll for lunch.

We never got a chance to call him or message him to pick us up. He was always there when we came near the car. There are few restuarants neat Risata resort if you wish to have Indian Food. 1. Bollywood Masalaaz (recommend) 2. New Delhi Restaurant Bollywood masalaaz is 800m from Risata so you can go walking as well and do some shopping in between as there are some shops on the way. Trip was handled very smoothly by the agency, no lags anywhere. Driver was there before scheduled time always and evrything promised was shown. Some of the challenges faced by us which can be improved are- Too hectic schedule, no time to relax in first 4 days. Please ensure flexibility if customer want to change plan after reaching destination. Ubud trip- Day 4 could be planned once we went to Ubud on Day 5, not sure why this much travel was repeated on both days. Hotel room in Kuta was very small for price paid by us and customer service was average in this place. Anyway, the trip was memorable one and there was smooth transition on all days. The whole trip was planned ok. But as the date of travel came closer, there was no timely response from the travel agent. I had to repeatedly go back and forth with them asking them about this and that arrangements, and their response was not as desirable. Apart from that , the cab driver was very good, the whole trip was carried on as prepared ,and the hotels were also ok . We brought back lots of happy memories from the trip ,as it was planned very nicely. We loved Bali and every little thing about the place.
