The trip was well planned. There was some miscommunication regarding check in time at Udaipur which was solved. The hotel at Jaisalmer was okay but some different option could have been suggested. The desert camp at Sam was good. But the cottages were not that hygienic. Breakfast at Desert camp was not good.

I will mention what I didn't like first as rest all things were perfect. The only issue I had was with the 1st cab person who received us at Udaipur. He felt a little reluctant to take us to places and felt like he was trying to just move on. He called the morning when we were to leave Udaipur and told someone else will be taking us further in our journey, it was good because the 2nd cab person was an angel, perfect for our trip. I felt the agency should have called and informed us about the driver change, but it went all well from thereon. The hotels were good, smooth all around, just had a slight hiccup during check out at Udaipur but that was a delay from the hotel side. Sightseeing places were covered, just make sure you prioritize the places, there are many and you may not have time to visit all. Got all the help during the booking and all the queries were answered patiently and nicely.

We were not able to cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary due to the vehicle breakdown and late arrival of driver. The hotel in Jaipur was located in a Muslim area and they had blocked the road for the whole 2 days for some function. So, for everything we had to go to main road by walking as no vehicle was allowed near the hotel. Jaisalmer desert safari was the best.

Overall experience was good. They provided same driver and car for whole trip . That was best and driver was also flexible and suggested us better places. There was some issue with one hotel. At some places they have booked standard room kn hotel. But that was changed later and we had to call our travel agent multiple times. Otherwise trip was good.

I have planned my trip for my anniversary through back to holidays. The pkg include hotels , cab , and a candle light dinner. Our first stay was in Jaipur sarang hotel. Hotel is decent but not a 3 star property. The room offered does not have any view, the window qas blocked by a wall. But the candle light dinner offered in this hotel was good. Overall decent stay. 2nd stay was in jodhpur jhankar haveli. This hotel is pathetic. Dont go by google reviews. They spoiler my whole anniversary celebration. They charged bomb for a room which is pathetic. Dirty linen, no mirror in room. 3rd stay was in jaisalmer juma heritage resort. Good resort with good food and culture program at night. 4th stay was in prithvi palace Jaisalmer which is decent. Food offered in this restaurant is good. Overall i would rate 3 because there was lot of miscommunication, and misunderstanding. Jeep Safar, avt ride, para sailing in Jaisalmer. Amber and Mehrangarh fort are the best.

The trip began on a horrid note. Reached Click Collection to be told that I've no booking and there are no rooms to check in. Upon deliberation and few calls, the reception guy told Yes you have a booking but it was made late last night and that too on tentative basis. Sat there for some time and asked the receptionist if there is any room available on payment basis, he agreed readily and asked for Rs 3000 as a variance amount. Didn't provide either the official Tariff card of the Hotel or the Bill for the amount. He agreed to a complimentary Breakfast. But we were constantly humiliated at the Dining Room because this receptionist didn't convey our terms to the staff. Next day when I asked to shift my luggage to my regular booking, another guy at the reception promised that we can stay in the same room as we've already paid. I insisted that my room be changed as I didn't want any more argument but he said No sir it won't be necessary. To this I told whatever be the case, if you wish to change my room kindly inform me on call prior to changing the room. When I came back in the night my luggage was shifted to another room without informing me. The room toilet was filthy and the bedsheets dirty. Next day when I checked out I asked for the bill of Rs 3000 which I had paid, this time the lady at the reception refused rudely telling that the invoice will be shared with your travel agent. When your travel begins on such a bad note you don't expect much in the rest of the tour. But to the credit of Travel Agent he was able to assure that our remaining trip was comfortable. Nobody from the TT team contacted even once and the number mentioned next to Abu Turab remained switched off in the time of need. The Cab Driver was very good and his services impressed me the most.

We booked a budget trip to Jodhpur, Jaisalmer Udaipur and Jaipur with Sarang Holidays. Even though the places were distant from each other, Anuj took up the job and planned accordingly. For any query their response is immediate and they try to understand from customer point of view. Also they came personally and met us enquiring about our comfort and stay.
