      Going out of India is always a reason for worry when it comes to travel but it was very nicely managed. I would have given 11 out of 10 but there was one instance due to which I would give 8 out of 10. The tour was very well managed and there was nothing which I could have asked for, But on the day of Glass Bottom tour, the pick up was not done on time and neither I was informed about late pick up. I had to call the travel agent there called Maria but she also did not revert with correct pickup timings. Further, on my way back to hotel after the glass bottom tour there was no one to pick me up. Again I called Maria but then also i had to look for the driver myself. Except this one day, everything was exceptionally well.

      Meghna was of amazing help to me throughout this trip; from booking to managing my payments and finally having my trip perfectly planned/organised The trip was fabulous and well coordinated with your support partner creole ; the place was amazing and we have recommended it to many of our peers Only 2 issues we faced of which 1 was very embarrassing. A personal feedback to have oasis hotel either removed or checked as the service is very slow and food prepared is stale. We had a rough time there especially during check out and during dinner Hands down mahe and la Digue Island ; the food and cycling was the highlight Coral strand was a delight and we cherished it

      Payment was not done to the hotel in Mahe when I checked in. Had to give my credit card details to the hotel. Had to wait for weeks to get the itinerary updated. The hotel in praslin was located in quite a remote area with no vegetarian options around.

      This was my first international trip therefore I was quite unsure about going with some small company from delhi, but as I landed in seychelles all my worries vanished when I saw a person holding my name card right at arrivals. There I was provided with a local emergency contact our whole trips tickets and vouchers as promised by Atul. Throughout the trip atul was very much in contact. All the information, bookings were exactly same as we planned earlier. While on trip there was some misunderstanding with the hotel which Atul resolved instantly. I would like to say something about pricing too, while on trip I met an indian working in seychelles for years now, when I told him about the total package price, he was shocked and said that if you would’ve booked independently the cost would’ve increase at least by 30%. Therefore in all ways the trip was wonderful we had very good time and brought back some very good memories. I would very highly recommend Trip Nexa’s services to anyone going to seychelles.

      We have travelled to Seychelles in last week of Nov'19 on our Honeymoon for 5 days tour and we must admit that we had an amazing experience overall. We enjoyed the scenic beauty of Seychelles and the stay arranged by Travel triangle was very good! The whole itinerary (hotel, transport, tickets, sight seeing etc.) was discussed with us in detail and it was planned as per our availability & willingness which made us comfortable with the whole plan..Especially our stay at Mahe was very beautiful and it was near the beach which added 24*7 scenic view from the hotel room :). The point of contact from the agency was very helpful in India as well as in Seychelles from the day-1 of planning till the whole tour completion.. A very big thanks to Red Letter Holiday POC (Nayan) and Travel Triangle POC (Ashok) to help us out in executing the whole smoothly with amazing lifetime memories :)!! Hotel Stay in Mahe near the Beach was the Best part of the trip as it gave us ease throughout our stay!!

      The holidays to Seychelles was a wonderful and enjoyable experience and the arrangements made by A Bit of Beat Travels and superbly coordinated by Mr Umesh Nigam were of an excellent order. A few additional observations- The Castello Beach Hotel in Praslin was disappointing and well below 4* standards. It is far off from the important venues, has a very poor in-house restaurant with little or no choice. The location also has very few eateries closeby and so one is forced to depend on the in-house restaurant which provided a fixed menu of one Vegetarian Dish and one Non-Vegetarian dish which were substandard and exorbitant in comparison to other restaurants in the place including restaurants in 5*facilities. The rooms are average and simple aspects like non- provision of bottled war after the first day is normally not the trend in most hotels world over including in other hotels in Seychelles. In comparison the Coral Strand Hotel at Mahe was par excellence with wonderful facilities and a highly courteous staff. The tours arranged at both Praslin and Mahe were very good. Overall a wonderful trip. Travel Triangle - Your refund policy is rather stringent and unfair. When most Hotels have a liberal refund policy, the refund policy of Travel Triangle needs to be reviewed in case one decides on bookings well in advance and has to cancel the holidays due to health, bereavement or other unforeseen reasons.

      Hotels provided were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay at both the hotels. It was a very memorable experience . The cabs/buses provided for the transfers were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Now to the bad parts. The travel agent booked our connecting flight 8 hours apart one way and 6 hours apart the other way. That meant a lot of waiting at the airports. Also they booked flights from different terminals which meant we had to carry our luggage and take a cab from one terminal to the other. They could’ve booked some other airlines which could’ve costed a bit more but would’ve have resulted in a lesser waiting time at the airport and also would’ve not required us to change terminals. Also our arrival flight to Seychelles was delayed which caused us to miss a ferry to our initial destination. We had to wait for another 8 hours for the next ferry. The agency did not provide us any place to rest or freshen up. All in all it was about 24 hours of travel and waiting time before we got to our room. We were totally exhausted and my wife got really sick. It costed us a day of our trip. Meghana was really helpful and provided the best information and deals available to us.       We had a wonderful time thanks to the excellent planning work done by the agents. The only feedback would be to try and find an optimal rate for extension of checkouts as in Seychelles the hotels had check out at 10 or 11 whilst most check-ins are at 2.

      Overall good experience. Our Agent delivered exactly what is written in plan. only thing i dint like is Coral Strand Hotel. Rooms are extremely small. and water was sipping into room from Bathrooom. Thought hotel is on beach side. So want to give you update for your records. Otherwise beutiful country and Travel triangle deliverd as expected.

      It was a nice trip and a lifetime experience. Creole was very punctual and professional in its work. Like every bit of it. The hotels could have been better. Though both the properties were very close to the beach which was the best part. The Marine reef park and sunset cruise coordinator could have been better. The pickup was delayed by almost and hour. We were not taken to Moyenne Island and we waited for 2 hours for the boat to arrive. There were more people than the capacity of the boat. So we 5 couples had to wait for 2 hours at the eden island for the next boat to come. Initially Ms. Maria informed us that we will be coming back late as we were going late but she went back on her words and we came back almost at the same time. We did not visit the moyenne island and another 2 islands. Had we been on time, we could enjoyed those as well. The ferry, airport transfers etc by creole were all hassle free. Also, some discount coupons were to be given which were not. Other tourists has some discount vouchers for scuba diving and lunch , dinners at partner restaurants. Apart from this.. It was a nicely organised well managed trip. Thanks

      Overall the experience is really good and all the minute details taken care of but it will be helpfull if the agent there from creole travels will be more useful as in mahe whenever we ask any query related to trip to our concerned person , she always tells ur to contact to holiday box or search on your own. It is not at all helpful and also create the bad image of holiday box as well as travel triangle. Hoping that such problem wouldn't be faced by many and holiday box will surely take care of such. All the arrangement and timings are care of. Hoping for contacting travel triangle soon as we planned a trip.Kudos to team
