Dear Travel Triangle Team, I would like to call out that our trip to Bhutan was one of the most wonderful experiences. The services and assistance were seamless at every point. The tour guide was not just knowledgeable but an amiable person. For most part, the hotels were fantastic barring the ones in Phuentsholing and Thimpu. Mr. Damber from 7 Continents Adventures has been super supportive and prompt and often went out of his way to provide us an excellent travel experience. I had a terrific experience touring Bhutan. I was pleasantly pleased by Bhutan's warmth and culture. The highlight of the trip was seeing monasteries and learning about Buddhist culture. Thank you to Travel Triangle and Bhutan Valley Tours for arranging our accommodations and transporting us around this wonderful nation. Our Tour guide Gyeltshen & Pempa were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we had a nice week!!. A special mention goes to Ms. Reshma (from Bhutan Valley Tours), who went above and above to ensure we had a fantastic experience by carefully planning our schedule. They have done great arrangement and they make sure that my travel will be smooth . This trip is incomplete without calling the three main names who helped us throughout the trip and made our trip memorable . 1. Sumitra Sharma - Bhutan INC POC 2. Berkha - Guide 3. Bishwadeep Chettri - Driver The trip becomes beautiful with good company and good planning . I will always remember this trip and will always recommend the tour agencies to my colleagues and family . We booked a couple 6N/7D package for Bhutan via AD travels. The agent was polite in understanding my queries and customised the package as per our request be it hotels, itinerary etc. The main good thing about the travel package is the guide Jagannath who arranged for our stay in Thimphu, Punakha & Paro and was with us throughout out the trip. He was very courteous with us and handled everything safe & smoothly. He never acted in a money-minded way and put customer comfort as the top priority for any minor changes to the itinerary. Overall it was a pretty good experience with the AD travels team and the travel triangle helped us find them. We made some beautiful memories in Bhutan, trekking to Tiger's Nest and visiting Punakha Dzong were the highlights of our trip.

It was my first solo trip and definitely a great experience. I would recommend Allways Tours and Travels to everyone. Ms. Heema Lama did a good job assisting me with customising my package. Certain points for improvement - There was some confusion regarding the SDF that could have been avoided. It was told to me that the SDF was a part of my package and I should have ideally received an acknowledgment / receipt for it. Considering I didn’t have it in hand, I had to pay the amount at the airport. This happened as soon as I landed and had no means to contact my travel agent or my guide & driver. However, Ms Heema promptly refunded the amount. Also, the complimentary SIM card was given after multiple reminders on the first day. Ideally it could have been kept ready considering I’d shared a copy of my passport. Overall the trip was a great one and these were minor hassles. Hiking to Tiger’s nest monastery.

I recently had the pleasure of going on my honeymoon to Bhutan through KNG Tours & Travels, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Our tour guides, Mohan Prasad and Kuenga, were not only knowledgeable about the culture and history of Bhutan, but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was enjoyable and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived in Bhutan, Mohan and Kuenga made sure that we were comfortable and that all of our needs were taken care of. They showed us the most beautiful and serene places in Bhutan and helped us to fully immerse ourselves in the culture. They were also great at answering all of our questions and providing us with a deeper understanding of Bhutan. I would highly recommend KNG Tours & Travels, as well as Mohan Prasad and Kuenga, to anyone looking to visit Bhutan. They truly made our honeymoon a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget.

The trip was quite hectic. The tour agent could have planned to make it a little more relaxed. The driver was excellent and helped me out even out of the planned itenerary. Hotels weren’t that great... some of them were okay but the one in Punakha was really below average. Except for Paro, in all the places the hotels were located way outside the main city.
